Quiet lakeside site, asphalt pitches

Basically probably a beautiful place, but unfortunately people park so inconsiderately that they always take an extra parking space for themselves. So it was impossible for us to sleep there. We think they should have paid for both parking spaces ;)

Perfect for one night, filling up with water and emptying tanks. Busy during the day but quiet at night. Superb view of the lake and perfect for walking. Note: it is better to arrive before 6 p.m. to get a space!

Unfortunately, we could not get a spot; everything was full around 5 p.m. Very beautifully located directly overlooking the lake, clean and quiet, with only a cycle/pedestrian path in between. Public toilets open until 8 p.m. We parked for free overnight directly at the end of the adjacent parking area. There were no no-parking signs, and by evening the area was also full of motorhomes. Very good for a stopover.

Perfect area to spend a few peaceful days right by the beach. The price of 200 kronor in high season includes parking, electricity, and water. Fully recommended. The only drawback is the nearby dumpsters; if you are unlucky with the wind direction, they can be unpleasant.

The area was full, but 50 m away there is a free parking area along the canal. We were able to empty the waste water and cassette and refill with water without any problems.

Beautiful spot on the asphalt opposite the lake, with a grassy area in front. Wonderfully quiet. Cross the cycle path and you are at the motorhome site. After our walk, around 2 p.m., it was full. You can empty gray water, fill with water, and empty the toilet cassette. There are clean toilets.

Arrived at 4 p.m. and it was already full of units. Drove on. It looked like an okay site, but we did not stop to check the facilities.

We were lucky that when we arrived there were still a few spaces available; half an hour later everything was full. We were lucky... super clean place, very quiet, a few minutes from the swimming lake.

I can't say much about the pitch itself, only that all spaces were already occupied when we arrived around 7 p.m. We then parked a little farther on the gravel area, free of charge. The place was very beautiful, rewarded with a wonderful sunset. Waste disposal is possible; the bins are by the cycle/pedestrian path. The toilets were locked from 8 p.m.

Really lovely spot right on the water in the beautiful town of Husqvarna, large pitches, unfortunately I arrived late so there were no spaces left but will try to stay again!

Great place to stay with lots of space. You can empty and refill everything here. When we arrived in the morning there was still plenty of room, but an hour later it was full. For those who arrive and find it completely full, please don't squeeze your camper between other campers. This is not intended, and because they parked so close to us we could no longer open our door.

Very nice place; the parking lot was full, so we set up at the far end of the parking lot on the right, near the kayak club. There were several motorhomes there.

We were here before Easter, but headed home because of the extreme weather caused by Dave. Electricity, toilet and gray-water emptying for 100 SEK in the low season is a very good price. If you want to pay via an app, it is epark that is used here. We will return!

Straightforward and relatively quiet parking area for most vehicles. The toilets are clean and accessible with a code in the Parkster app. Water and waste facilities are available. You can see the lake, or at least reach it within a few seconds on foot.

Nice little parking area with a view of Lake Vättern. Public toilets that are reasonably reliable, with gray-water and toilet emptying and fresh-water filling available. Costs 100 SEK outside the season. Five to ten minutes to central Jönköping by cycle path, which can also be followed along the lake in the opposite direction. Quiet and peaceful in October.

We only arrived there around 9 p.m., and there were no spaces left. Next door, behind the parking lot, there is a gravel area where 6 other motorhomes were already parked—we joined them there. The night was quiet. The area smelled bad because of the rubbish containers. We still paid 100 SEK because we wanted to use the shower, but unfortunately there wasn’t one.

The location is great. There is a waterworks next door that makes continuous noise. Right beside it are glass and garbage containers, where locals already dispose of bottles at 7 a.m., also creating noise. The toilet code, which is closed from 8 p.m. to 8 a.m., is supposed to be sent by text message or email. I provided my mobile number but did not receive a text.

It is quiet here. We liked it, but it is not worth it for a city stroll. We certainly didn't find a pedestrian zone, only a pizzeria on the busy roadside with chairs in the sun. We arrived at 12:24 and there were about seven or eight spaces available. At 12:55 all spaces were occupied! Today is Sunday and the area could be at least twice as large. Even at 7 p.m., hopeful arrivals were still coming, but had to drive on.

A very nice place. 200 SEK with electricity, water, and waste disposal. The toilets are public, which is good because it helps keep the beach clean. There is a playground nearby, and it’s also very suitable for anyone who enjoys cycling (bike path). You’ll be happy to come here. However, there are very few parking spaces, and after 3 p.m. it’s no longer worth driving here.

The bathrooms were not clean, and there were a lot of spiders around the facilities, which made me question whether the place is properly maintained. Overall, it’s not worth it at all. The only positive aspect is that it’s practically right on the beach

The place itself is not bad, directly by the water. The toilets were not clean. We also did not receive an entry code for the toilets. There are several garbage containers directly beside the site, which locals used until late at night. There was loud music and motorcyclists showing off their skills. I cannot recommend the place.

Great place! We stayed here for one night. Payment at the machine, toilets reasonably clean. After 8 p.m. they can only be used with a code, which you receive when paying. Close to the water with many leisure activities nearby, such as a playground, beach volleyball and a park. A major cycle path runs alongside the site. Waste disposal is directly next door.

There is also a free car parking area next to the camper parking where you can stay with a not-too-large van. We stopped for breakfast, but it should also be quiet enough to spend a night.

Good to empty grey water which is all we needed to do. However black waste goes down the same grid and there is no hose to clean up afterwards. Otherwise nice place.

Great place directly by the water. The motorhome spaces are fewer and full, but a little farther behind the parking lot, on the gravel area, you can park even better because it is quieter and free. Water and waste facilities can also be used from the pitch.

Nice place and beautiful beach. Good place for children. There is a (almost hidden) restaurant at the corner of the main Road (the red building, Damaskus). It didn’t look like much but the food was delicious!

The place is beautifully located by the lakeside beach and on the cycle path between Husqvarna and Jönköping. Clean, with many people using the beach. WARNING: This is a meeting place for the car show-off scene. Sleeping is impossible. People drive around the area next to the pitch in souped-up cars, making circles. Loud music and shouting reach the pitch as well. The next morning all the campers had fled!

It is a really popular place, so don’t arrive late. The beach is so nice with sand and good for kids. Toilets are ok - but no shower. A lot of people (locals I guess) walking by - and even driving by. A bar would be nice! If full, you can stay on a parking lot in the end to the car parking (we saw many RVs staying there).

Great affordable pitch with excellent access to the lake. Electricity, gray- and black-water disposal are available. There is also a toilet.

It was completely full and the toilets next door were dirty and disgusting. We parked beside it in the parking lot, which was okay.

Charge for parking is actually for 2 nights. This is their minimum charge. Overall a good quiet spot with lovely views

The site is good but unfortunately full, so we parked next door. Staying self-sufficient without paying was also possible.

The site was already full at midday, but we were able to empty waste and fill up with fresh water without any problems. We then parked at the end of the parking lot opposite, which cost nothing.

I love it here. The toilet could have been cleaner, but the water, the place and the ice cream made my stop happier.

The location is nice, with a view of Lake Vättern even from the back row. BUT if the wind is blowing from the wrong direction, the garbage containers sometimes cause a very unpleasant smell. There is a beautiful sandy beach and an exemplary cycle/pedestrian path at the site. In the morning I watched the sanitary building being “cleaned.” In fact, only the garbage bags were changed. Well...?
