20000, Ajaccio
Been here?
This is a roadside parking place overlooking Capo di Feno beach, with an exceptional sea and sunset view. It is slightly sloping, has bins but no toilets or water, and can be quiet at night despite daytime traffic and occasional horns. The site is somewhat outside Ajaccio, which brings more tranquillity. A recent overnight incident involved eggs being thrown at two vans, while a third van was unaffected.

There were three vans here tonight: one Spanish, one Italian, and one French. They threw eggs at night only at the Spanish and Italian vans; the French van was untouched. They also left the egg cartons scattered on the ground and road, and supposedly we are the campers who make a mess...?
Beautiful view of Capo di Feno beach, magnificent at sunset. Quiet, with little or no traffic at night. A little outside Ajaccio, but worth it for the peace and view. I slept here from Friday to Saturday in a motorhome; it may be noisier on weekends. Only one car stopped for half an hour around 11 p.m., without disturbing us.
Excellent parking area for one night, with bins and a beautiful view. The only drawback is that at various times people honked their horns to wake and annoy us. No prohibition signs. Overall, it is fine for one night since there is nothing else in the area.
We spent a relatively quiet night here. Although the road is busy, nobody honked at us. Very clean. Downside: there is no shade nearby and it is directly beside the road.
Roadside location, with traffic and therefore noise during the day and until nightfall. Very good for spending one night, with a magnificent sunset over the horizon, sea, and surrounding landscape, in the middle of nature. Bins are available in the parking area. Day and overnight parking are possible; bring leveling blocks. We enjoyed staying here!
Two very quiet nights with little traffic. Incredible view. Several cars came for the sunset, but the evening and morning were very peaceful.
Very beautiful spot with few people. No toilets or water available. Lots of traffic and honking in the evening, and some during the night.
We stayed for a night on our own. there was a bit of a slope and a couple of noise cars sprinting by over the night. but overall everything went fine and quiet :) Great spot close to the city and still quiet
