We think it is perfectly okay here. Based on the reviews, I had expected worse. It is quieter on weekdays (Thursday/Friday) than many campsites directly on the E-roads. We and our dog slept here for one night and felt comfortable. Bus line 2 to the city is a five-minute walk away and takes 11 minutes. It’s a city centre RV site not a campsite. You need to use your own facilities but fresh water and grey and black waste disposal is available. There are WCs in the shopping centre 5 mins walk. It’s a 40 minute walk into the city of a 20 minute bus, so location is great. The trains did not bother us at night, it was very quiet. We stayed 2 nights for 1150 NOK and registered at the gate on arrival

When I was there (late May 2026), construction work was taking place on the railway tracks directly behind the site during the night. Sleeping was impossible. I fled at midnight and looked for a quieter place. The site's location is simply unsuitable. From the operator: no comment. The motorhome site is closed. We had specifically booked a place for two nights in advance, and three days before arrival we received only an email saying that the money had been refunded. Only after asking did Campcation tell me that the site had been closed at short notice from 23 December.✦Translating

For what we were looking for and needed, it was fine. I agree with most of the previous four-star reviewers, but I am giving only three stars because there is clearly room for improvement regarding the sanitary facilities.✦Translating

Good parking spot / overnight spot for 1 night to visit Trondheim - circa 10-15 mins cycling. Electricity, grey / fresh water services. Didn’t use black water service. For 460 NOK would expect a toilet and flat tarmac to park on! Big shopping mall (9-9 pm) 5-10 mins walk with toilets. Next to train, but noise level was ok

The site itself is fine and the booking through app worked flawlessly. But it’s impossible to get assistance if there is a problem during your stay. The chemical toilet rinse tap is broken and the opening handle is missing. Phoned the site number on Park4Night, gentlemen answered who said complaints are handled by Campcation, whose website says complaints must be lodged with the campsite.

I really dislike giving poor reviews, but unfortunately I have to in this case. Check-out is at 12:00; I did not read that in the email, so okay, my mistake. At 12:00 the barrier code is changed, so you can no longer get out. In effect, you are locked into the site. There is no telephone contact. Okay parking area in an industrial zone. Possibility to empty the toilet and fill water. Large shopping centre just nearby. Bus connection to the city centre. Easy booking via the app. Spaces 2–13 are along the wall of a recycling centre, and spaces 58–73 are along the railway line. We were happy to be in the middle!✦Translating

It is the only motorhome site in the city with four spaces for large motorhomes, although number 59 is limited to a maximum of 9 m because of the power distributor. Very expensive. I do not recommend it. Noisy. Far from the centre. Uneven pitch in an industrial estate with an unattractive and unpleasant surroundings.

Run away. We arrived at 6 p.m., paid for 24 hours, and when we wanted to leave at 3 p.m. we had to pay again for 24 hours—twice 440 NOK. It is a scandal. We have never been treated so badly.
