Forest parking, morning road noise

We stayed one night. Super clean toilets and very quiet area.

Great parking area. I found it very quiet at night. The road has very little traffic on Wednesday evening. The public toilets are very clean, and from 8 a.m. the first people arrived with their dogs. Perfect for going to Heide Park the next day.✦Translating

Top parking spot! We stayed here twice, on the way there and back from holiday. Quiet, apart from a few dog walkers, with no passing traffic. Both times we weren’t alone, and I always find it reassuring when other campers stay here for a night.✦Translating

A very nice spot for spending the night! The road is officially closed, but you can drive through to the hotels; depending on where you come from, the sign appears twice, and the route is sufficient to reach the parking area. A very clean toilet is just around the corner, and the forest is ideal for walks.✦Translating

Nice place close to a motorway, which can be heard in the morning and evening, although it is very quiet at night. We slept well here. Clean toilets just around the corner, which were also open all night for us. Nature directly behind the site and a starting point for hikes. Therefore, there was some traffic in the car park on Sunday morning. Highly recommended for one night.✦Translating

I can confirm that the road is quite close, but at night it is fine! The hiking trail in the heathland makes up for the noise. You can also take beautiful photos. However, the on-site toilet is only open from April to October.✦Translating

Who needs good internet when on holiday or passing through? You can manage without it. As someone without a built-in bathroom, you’re happy to have a toilet in the morning! Brilliant! Nice little forest parking area for campervans, about 10 spaces with a narrow entrance. Quiet until around 7 a.m., then traffic from the nearby road. Toilets around the corner behind the hedge are passable: proper toilets with sinks and shelves; toilet paper, soap, and towels partly available. The entire area, including the toilets, is unlit.✦Translating

It may be a nice place to start hikes, and it’s great that there is a public toilet, but it is really right next to a busy road and rather unsuitable for overnight stays. We drove on.✦Translating
