Wooded village area, sloped parking

Perfect for visiting the village, which is truly worth seeing, and for visiting the waterfall, 20–30 minutes from the parking area. Thanks to the municipality for the free water supply and for this shaded parking area.

Simply perfect. The parking area is sloped, but we can level the motorhome with blocks. Water pressure is low when filling the fresh-water tank, but I won't complain because it is free. Many thanks to the municipality for this free service area.

We had a perfect nights stay next to the river (limited to 24hrs). The Aire is popular but in a peaceful spot. There is a nice easy walk to the waterfall. The village has everything you need - good bakery and shop. All services working and there are toilets on site. Recycling and household bins in the village. Ground sloping. Thanks to the municipality for a welcoming and free stopover.

Beautiful, peaceful pitch, not level but it is possible to use leveling blocks. Close to the center and the start of the trail to the Lande waterfall. A seven-meter motorhome is no problem. I did not stay overnight, but it is possible.

Many thanks to the municipality and its staff for their kindness and advice. We came during the medieval festival, and everything was arranged so that motorhomes were not excluded. The service area was requisitioned as a car park, but the services remained available and the motorhome parking was simply moved to the riverside. Good organization by the municipality. Low water pressure.

Not really a motorhome parking area; let's say motorhomes are tolerated. Be careful: during municipal events, motorhomes now have to be moved to the other side of the river and far away. Otherwise, at the beginning of the parking area there is water (water pressure is very low, so filling takes a long time) and free waste-water disposal. Pleasant place, not too crowded outside events, presumably.

Attention: the parking area is closed to motorhomes and converted into a car park during the medieval festival. Be sure to check beforehand.

Very nice campsite, warm welcome, very friendly and pleasant owners, spacious and attractive pitches, very clean. We came for one night, stayed three nights, then returned two days later to finish our vacation. We highly recommend it.

Thanks to the municipality! Great place. A visit to the town center with its two forts is worthwhile! Everyone benefits: shops get customers and motorhome travelers get a fantastic destination. And please keep it clean—there is no reason to leave rubbish lying around. Waste disposal is available!!!

Colmars village is very beautiful. The hike to the waterfall is temporarily closed for construction work due to rockfalls.

Excellent parking area, free water and waste disposal, very green, easy parking, and very pleasant. Children's playground and some nice short walks. We will return. Thanks to the municipality for this free area; in return, we were able to support the local shops. Clean and secure.
