Quiet parkland parking, overnight prohibited

Amazing grounds and places to walk. The dog loved it. Cafes and a spa close by. Plenty of bins. Very quiet over night, one other van.

Incredible spot surrounded by greenery. No one except us. Around 8 in the morning, one or two cars passed, along with dog walkers. A little noise from the road behind the hedge, but nothing during the night. Truly a perfect place for the night.

Lovely park up in the grounds of the old hospital now a university beautiful church stunning building and manicured lawns great for walking round arrived about 2 and parked right in the corner out of the way some students walking to classes and some dog walkers by 5 car park empty lovely bar and bistro in grounds nice peaceful sleep well lit car park no facilities bins all around the grounds

Great spot lots of room. Lovely walking around the university grounds the next day.

Very nice location in the university park. A peaceful night with no cars at all (no tire marks, so no young people racing around, unlike the parking area right next door). On leaving, turn right and walk along the university buildings to Eastbrook Bistro, where you can have drinks and cakes and enjoy their pool, steam room and sauna for £7. A relaxing experience after hours of walking or driving!

Peaceful spot in the amazing parkland grounds of a former hospital, built 1839, now a university and business park. 3 incredibly lovely dog friendly cafes to choose from and formal gardens to visit.

We stayed here on a Friday night, like the camper van in the photo. Completely alone in absolute silence. Perhaps we were lucky to be next to a broken streetlamp. It flickered continuously, which was annoying for car drivers. A car farther away that was audibly playing music left fairly quickly anyway.
