Been here?
Small, welcoming campsite suited to vans and smaller motorhomes in a green, wooded setting beside a river. Facilities include kitchen, sanitary block, lounge with books and maps, and many items for loan (bikes, walking sticks, toys). Around 11–13 euros per night. Bakery and dairy shop just across the road.

Excellent little, very green campsite, with a very warm welcome. Not suitable for large motorhomes but great for vans and small motorhomes. River access, clean sanitary facilities, kitchen, etc.
Very friendly welcome, with hiking advice. Charming pitches with a table, 2 chairs, and a begonia! Shade and communal areas with everything needed to work, relax, and cook. Lots of little bicycles available for children. The murmur of the river and cowbells helped us fall asleep. Perfect.
A campsite just as we like them, where motorhomes, caravans, tents, and lovely chalets coexist. Bertrand, the manager, has a real environmental conscience and does everything to make the stay enjoyable.
A wonderful place with a really nice, cool owner and a very sweet cat, who made us feel at home! A very well-equipped campsite (toys, blankets, etc. available to borrow). We would love to come back!
One night here on the way south. Windy roads, beautiful location, delicious bakery just across the road. Pitch number confirmed by phone as we arrived after they left. Nice spot by the stream. No one else there. We used public toilets. Showers weren't open in the night and we didn't use them in the morning. Not super tidy/clean but we understand low maintenance for few guests. We'd stay again.
We found the atmosphere relaxed, the night quiet, and the place furnished with attention to detail. The surrounding services were unusually comprehensive, and the kitchen was cozy and inviting. The sanitary facilities were older, functional, and could have been cleaner. The e-bike tour recommended by the campsite manager was varied, easy to ride, beautiful, and provided an overview of the Chartreuse.
We happened to stop here for one night. The site is well equipped and resembles a rustic hut that is cozy and warm. We were satisfied.
Difficult entrance! The vegetation is overgrown and the pitches suffer because of it. Enclosed site with no view. Not worth the detour! The Chartreuse and Savoie in general do nothing for motorhomes.
A simple but very welcoming campsite with everything needed, for only €11. Thank you for welcoming us (Fiat Ducato) last night.
A simple, quiet campsite in the woods, close to a bakery, cheese dairy, and an excellent restaurant. Many thanks for your welcome.
A nice campsite but seriously lacking maintenance, which is a shame.
Old-fashioned, quiet campsite (the river makes the most noise) with everything needed and clean. Hiking trails nearby in an idyllic setting. €13 per night excluding electricity for 2 people, including tourist tax. Electricity €3 for 3/4 amps. Bakery, cheese shop, and takeaway pizza just a few steps away.
Basic campsite; we stayed one night at the beginning of November. Quiet and peaceful. You can cook on the campsite. There is a communal room where campers gather in the evening. The shower was not very warm but usable. It looks somewhat run-down during this period, perhaps because of the season? Bakery and cheese shop across the road.
We spent one week here, my three children and I, right at the beginning of our journey through Europe. We spent New Year's 2024 warm in our motorhome. We loved the tranquility of the place (the river is the loudest thing), the very friendly manager, and the comfort of the dining room, kitchen, and library, which also had a cat, just like at home. We recommend it!
