This is street parking in a residential area beside the water. The surroundings overlook the Dahme, but the area is not especially camping-friendly and can be very crowded in summer. A free beach-bath beer garden is at the end of the cul-de-sac, and the Berlin Grünau rowing regatta course is within walking distance. Airplanes can sometimes be heard landing very quietly.

At the end of the dead-end street there is also a nice beach pool and beer garden, with free admission ;)
