50 Engelandstraat, 1060, Sint-Gillis
Been here?
A wide, flat one-way street in central Brussels, suitable for vans and motorhomes, with little traffic. Parking meters operate during the day, while free tickets are distributed every 15 minutes. It is close to the Jeu de Balle market and the Parvis de Saint-Gilles, but recent comments report repeated motorhome break-ins and vandalism. Exercise caution when parking here.

Woken at 1 a.m. by the sound of the front window being smashed. We should have read the other comments first.
Warning: do not park in this street. Our motorhome was vandalised too.
This is not free parking! However, I left the car and when I came back nobody had left me any papers, so I hope I was not fined. It was there all day. Many cars simply left without paying.
Do not park here; our motorhome was broken into in broad daylight, only about an hour after we left it.
Quiet street, flat ground, large space. You can walk to the Jeu de Balle market every morning (3 minutes on foot) or have a drink in the trendy Parvis de Saint-Gilles neighbourhood (5 minutes on foot). I highly recommend it for one or two nights without any problems.
