4-6 Rue des Petits Prés, 89100, Gron, Yonne
Been here?
Free aire in Gron with approximately 10 flat parking spots. Excellent facilities: automatic self-cleaning toilets, free fresh water, free grey and black water disposal. Completely quiet, perfect for a night stop. Small village shops nearby. Recent visitor comments note facilities are sometimes poorly maintained and spots are cramped, though the site is highly valued by the municipality.

Very good place, quiet and pleasant. We have just spent the night here. Toilets and rubbish containers are available. Many thanks to this municipality for welcoming motorhome travelers and vanlifers. It is much appreciated!Translating
It is a shame that some people take up two spaces. Tonight, four motorhomes took up all the room, and it was very noisy with cars and dogs. Thanks to the municipality.Translating
Perfect for spending one night. Thank you to the municipality.Translating
A pleasant service area worth stopping at. Water and waste disposal available. Thank you to the municipality for this place.Translating
For one night, what more could you need? Automatic self-cleaning toilets, black-water and gray-water disposal, and fresh water. Everything for €0.Translating
Excellent area, everything working, generally quiet night, actually until 1:30 when a Clever camper BE arrived with a lady yelling and doors slamming... civility is a wonderful thing and you can learn...
Beautiful, accessible place with tap water, black- and gray-water disposal, and a toilet.Translating
The service area is inaccessible today; there are barriers at the entrance. We could not get close, so I do not know how long this will last.Translating
4/5 for safety. The sanitary facilities are dirty and disgusting, the entrance is difficult, the parking spaces are too small, and it is fairly quiet.Translating
We arrived quite late, was a great place for sleeping the night. Very quiet, free water, clean toilet, and some green area for stretching/laying. Recommended if you need a space for the night! There is 10 parking spots approximately. PS.: toilets seem to be closed at night (so plan accordingly xD). Keep it clean, don’t be mean.
Small but very quiet area. In the village you can buy bread, and there is a butcher, pharmacy, and more. Thanks to the village for this area.Translating
Perfect for emptying waste and filling up with free water. Thank you to the municipality.Translating
Good spot for a quiet night with a toilet, and a pretty village nearby.Translating
A quiet and very pleasant area. A pedestrian path leads to the heart of the village, where there are all the shops. Many thanks to the town hall for creating this welcoming place.Translating
Unfortunately, the spaces are marked out far too narrowly for a motorhome parking area; apparently, nobody thought this through. Parking chaos and stressful maneuvering are therefore inevitable. It is also slightly sloping, and the entrance is quite narrow. Others have already described the positive aspects. Overrated in my opinion. Enjoy.Translating
A very pleasant and quiet area, with access to a clean and pretty village. Bakery, butcher, and pharmacy. However, eight spaces is indeed the absolute maximum! When we arrived, four motorhomes were already parked, each occupying two or three spaces with their tables and chairs outside. We managed to park, but those who arrived after us could not.Translating
Excellent stopover, a small village near Sens.Translating
A good parking area where you are indeed packed tightly together when it is full. Nevertheless, the services are good.Translating
Super parking area. Very quiet. Working toilet, waste bins, drinking water, and gray-water disposal—all available. We had our best sleep there so far. Within walking distance of a bakery and shops, with a beautiful park for walking the dog.Translating
Thank you to the municipality for this welcome. Shops are directly accessible via a path. Very good butcher. The bakery is closed on Sunday mornings, but there is a bread dispenser in front of the shop. It is up to us motorhome travelers to leave these places clean and in good condition if we want small municipalities to continue welcoming us like this.Translating
Rough place for one night. There are enough spaces. Sanitary facilities are available, but unfortunately clean is not the word I would use.Translating
Highly recommended area, everything is free and works perfectly. It also has public toilets that clean themselves automatically. Very small but pleasant village. We spent one night there with five other motorhomes; very pleasant and peaceful, with only the sound of birds.Translating
Very narrow spaces. We are packed in like sardines. The toilets are also a little dirty. But it is well located and quiet, 500 meters from the bakery, which opens at 6:30 every day except Sunday. The almond croissant did not agree with my stomach.
Very nice place. Unfortunately, fresh water is not available until March 15.
Great. Water is available from March 15. Shops are very close and good. The exercise equipment and path are excellent.
We spent a good night on the area on February 15, not far from the village and shops, in a quiet location. Sens, a beautiful town with its cathedral, is not far away and is ideal for a stopover. Well maintained. Thank you to the municipality.
A quiet place. You can quickly get to the village for bread.
Very good motorhome area, with black- and gray-water disposal. We had a quiet night. Thanks to the town!
Very nice camper spot. We had a very quiet night there. It is next to a small park with exercise equipment.
Fine for one night. The space is very tight. For motorhomes over seven meters, it is very difficult to enter when other large motorhomes are already parked. Unfortunately, safety distances are not observed here.
We made a short stop for a cup of coffee and a little walk with the dog in the adjacent park.
Very good and clean.
We spent the night in this pleasant little parking area, which was full at this time of year. Many thanks to the municipality.
Perfect surroundings, shops, parking, and services—what more could you ask for? Thanks to the municipality and the shopkeepers for their excellent welcome and products.
Very good area for settling in! Very quiet, and we slept well. Thank you.
