Fantastic place. Very beautiful, with Peña María across the river, hiking routes and good climbing routes. The parking area is spacious and level, with picnic tables, a river and fountains very close by. Access by vehicle is prohibited in July and August; the rest of the year is not specified.
Good spot! Level, with little shade. Accessible via a good track. Picnic tables. We were alone on weekdays!
We stayed from Sunday, April 9, to Monday, April 10, sleeping there with more than 10 vehicles, including motorhomes and campers, without any problems. Beautiful place that deserves great respect. Vehicles are not allowed into the area in July and August.
Hello, today I was fined, and there is no sign saying overnight stays are prohibited. I had spent many weekends sleeping there and the Civil Guard and forestry officers had passed by without saying anything until today. The place is amazing, but be careful. On top of that, it will soon be declared a natural park.
