Rue des justices, 24560, Issigeac
Been here?
Free motorhome parking beneath tall trees beside a medieval village center with shops and Sunday market. Parking costs nothing; water and toilet dumping cost €3 per 15 minutes, paid by card. The ground turns muddy when wet—stick to stabilized hard-standing when possible. Recent visitors report the site is frequently overcrowded with cars despite its size. Quiet at night; overhead branches accommodate vans up to 3.20 m.

I am here tonight with only three motorhomes. The place is superb, under the trees with birds singing. I do not know whether the electricity works, and yes, you have to pay €3 to access the wastewater facilities, but that is nothing. I am extremely grateful to the town hall for making this beautiful village available to vans and motorhomes.Translating
Thank you very much for this free and shaded place.Translating
Lovely place to spend the night, with gray-water disposal, shade, and quiet, close to the village. Be careful of getting stuck in rainy weather. Thank you to the municipality.Translating
Very pretty medieval village preserved in its original state. The motorhome area is poorly signposted; like many others, I parked in the large car park, just steps from the shops. The only downside is that there are no bins.Translating
Very good, but unfortunately in rainy weather only one area is stabilized. Free parking; services cost €3 for 15 minutes.Translating
Advantage: two steps from the town. Disadvantage: terrain prone to getting bogged down.Translating
Good location for the beautiful town, which is a short walk away. The Sunday market is fantastic. The aire felt a little run down. Be careful when parking on the grass when wet; the ground is quite soft. There are hard standings behind. I did not use the paid facilities.Translating
Perfect place in a park with lots of trees, just steps from the town center, with a bakery very close by. Thank you to the municipality for providing and maintaining this place. P.S. Many thanks to the fishermen for their spontaneity and the two trout; they were delicious!Translating
Lovely pitch just steps from the center.Translating
Convenient for the little town. Very quiet at night. Card machine for paying for water and toilet emptying. Very pleasant stay, but the Wi-Fi signal is not great.Translating
Very good, quiet aire, in the shade. Beware, some trees are a little low, but my 3.20 m-high motorhome fits. Little or no Orange or Bouygues network coverage.Translating
Next to the center and shaded. Quiet and free. What more could you ask for...Translating
Very nice aire, but still closed today. Gray-water disposal is accessible, but black-water disposal is not. Parking is possible in other car parks.Translating
The motorhome area is closed due to the weather, but it is possible to park farther away. Quiet and pleasant place.Translating
The place is cordoned off and it is not possible to park or spend the night in the motorhome. Dumping water is still possible.Translating
Good spot for stopping overnight. We were able to empty our gray water. Minor drawback: on Sundays the town hosts its market and many motorists park in the motorhome car park, in front of the vehicles. We would have been trapped if we had left a little later.Translating
Thanks to the municipality for the free welcome, but we preferred to sleep near the school during the school holidays, on a stabilized surface. The village is worth seeing, with an excellent bakery and a superb market that should not be missed.Translating
Here we slept in absolute calm despite a nearby road. The magnificent village is just steps away, with its famous Sunday morning market. There is a 16 km hike and the fun Faurissou discovery trail. The GPS coordinates only take you to a car park next to the aire. Thank you to the municipality for welcoming us.Translating
Great place, thanks to the municipality.Translating
Beautiful quiet site within walking distance of this amazing medieval town. Had a perfect night's sleep.Translating
Nice spot just on the edge of a small, interesting medieval village. You can choose your place among the trees. However, be prepared: you could be devoured by insects, as we were. Bring repellent. Nature can be very unwelcoming. Minus one star only for this reason.
Because of the risk of thunderstorms, we chose to stay on the other side, opposite the school. In the end it was only ordinary rain, but we slept well there; it was very quiet at night. Thank you to the municipality for allowing us to stay in this lovely park. We did not use the service point.
Everything has been said. Wonderful aire! It did not rain enough for us to have problems. Thank you to the municipality! And may CCPark not take it over, because the prices will not be the same—and that would discourage us from returning to this lovely medieval town!
Indeed, thanks to the municipality for developing this aire. Be careful: the ground is very clayey, and it is easy to get stuck when the ground is wet. Bakery and tourist office 200 m away, right at the entrance to the lovely little village, which is worth visiting.
Quiet, shaded place with a peaceful night. Nothing is missing: bins, black- and gray-water disposal. Payment is €3 for 15 minutes to clean the cassette and refill water. Bring mosquito screens. Thanks to the municipality. Beware: on Sundays the market takes over the car park.
Very good spot. Many thanks to the municipality for making this place available! Accessibility details for large vehicles: No height restriction. We entered with a converted heavy truck 8.5 m long and 3.80 m high. It may be difficult for very long vehicles to enter.
Shaded, spacious service area; the water point works. Charming village with all amenities just steps away. I recommend it.
Nice laundrette with 7, 14, and 20 kg washing machines. Dryers for 5, 8, 9, 14, and 20 kg.
