Been here?
Free overnight motorhome parking behind an industrial area, with a Lidl nearby and quiet nights. Black-water disposal works, but the grey-water drain is narrow and difficult to use, and a missing drain cover has recently created a dangerous hole. Water pressure is strong, although the tap needs a small thread adapter, and there is no water for cleaning a chemical toilet. Some walks and bike trails are available nearby.

Everything is perfect. Of course, you need to know how to drive.Translating
Not only is it inconvenient, it is also extremely dangerous because the manhole cover is missing. When you are alone manoeuvring, you could put a wheel into the hole.Translating
Just spent the night here. Good for an overnight stop. Free to park. Free services. British supermarket 5 minute walk away.
We spent only one night. We arrived late, but the area is well lit. It is actually a wide street where you can park on both sides. There were quite a few motorhomes of all sizes and several campers. Very quiet place to spend the night, with an Aldi three minutes away on foot and the old town 15 minutes away. We did not use the emptying or water-refill services.Translating
We only stopped to empty the tanks, and I have never seen a worse-designed dumping area. It is impossible to position the vehicle over the grey-water outlet because the area is too small and narrow to manoeuvre. There is no cover, and black-water waste is left exposed. There is only one tap, and it is not for the toilet. It could not be worse.Translating
There is no water to clean the chemical toilet, maneuvering is difficult, the waste flows into the street… I wouldn’t call this a service area at all. The good thing is that there’s a Lidl next door if you need groceries, and parking is easy nearby.Translating
Safe place with services, but somewhat noisy (church bells, cars, an occasional siren…).Translating
Urban area at the end of the village, quiet and without traffic.Translating
Looks like it’d be ok for a nights sleep, fair few motorhomes there, but we didn’t stop… so our rating is just for services; Good - cause it’s free and helpful for a WC drop… that’s about it… water is slimey, so we didn’t use it and although it says no WC on the tap, people definitely use the tap for cassettes. No way of pulling a larger Motorhome over the grid, we had to use our extending pipe.
Good waste disposal and water facilities in an area where these are very rare. Access to the gray-water disposal is somewhat difficult. Thank you to the municipality!Translating
ideal for a sleep and empty your waste water nice little town with all you need the main square is busy during the day super markets decent prices fuel. vets close to morira and Xavier beaches bit of a steep climb from the coast road but use motorway and come off turn off 5 I think
The Aire is much appreciated (as so few in the area) but it is a terrible setup. The grey water drain and black water 'hole' are next to each other in a very short narrow bay, which you cannot fit fully over, so half the grey water goes down the road. One slow tap, people use for both drinking and toilet cleaning, yuck. Black/toilet empty is into a pit, it doesn't flush away and sits there.
Very good option for filling up with water.Translating
It's great there's a convenient spot for your motorhome to dispose of black and gray water, making things easier. You can fill the shower with your hose, but the WC isn't available. Since the black water disposal is open, cleaning it helps the next visitor. There are lovely spots for overnight parking, ideal for a grocery shop. Thanks to the municipality for providing this helpful space ❤️
Today, 03/02/26, it is still just as Traveler 172 described it.Translating
We only used the waste disposal, because this is not a proper camping pitch, just parking strips directly on both sides of the road. The large converted truck had its slide-out extended, connected the station's tap firmly to its vehicle, and the wastewater flowed through a hose directly into the street drain. Sad, but it is a Spaniard who stays there permanently, so this is apparently customary in the town.Translating
It is a shame that Benissa town hall did not properly plan the wastewater emptying service. The parking is on a busy street. It is not really a motorhome area. Thanks for what is available.Translating
Parking along the dead-end street, yet there is still traffic until evening and early in the morning, when people drive fast. Park as far as possible from the truck occupying the water connection and the parking space, with its extended sides narrowing the traffic lane.Translating
Beware, I have seen multiple campers washing out their cassette toilets under the tap we all use for drinking. Poo from their toilets splashing all over the tap we use for water. Unacceptable.
Thank you to the town of Benissa for the clean water and black/grey waste with no charge. Nothing fancy. Needed to use buckets of water to flush down the black waste which was no problem. Grey waste may be awkward for some vehicles but our campervan would be okay, although we don’t need it. Only one tap so we used antibacterial spray to clean it, before filling fresh water. The tap sprays a bit.
perfectly good spot for one night. we arrived late and almost everything was full so campers think its great spot. One star deduction only because most of the slots are on a slope.
Ok for an overnight to rest.
Many thanks to the town of Benissa for this motorhome parking area with water and waste services. We went shopping, ate, refueled, used the laundromat, and visited the vet in Benissa. You should spend your money in places that welcome motorhome travelers.Translating
Good place for filling and emptying, although somewhat awkward to maneuver.Translating
The night was quiet during the day it is busy .
This is not really a service area; as for peace and quiet, since these are spaces alongside the road, it is acceptable for one night or to use the services. Otherwise, cars and even trucks pass at high speed, brushing the mirrors, which is not reassuring… It has the merit of existing, but it is not the most glamorous place.Translating
In reality, it is not a camping area. You park along the road, which has little traffic during the day and is completely quiet at night. The services are very basic and a little inconvenient for large campers. Nearby there are supermarkets, bars, and inexpensive restaurants. Fabulous, 15 minutes on foot, is the swimming pool with very hot water, sauna, steam room, and hot tub (€5 entry or €4.50 for over-65s).Translating
Don't forget that near this area (a 10-minute walk away) there is the excellent Benissa sports center, where for €5 you get swimming pools, showers, a sauna, and a Turkish bath. Brilliant!!!Translating
We regularly pass through with our 9-meter motorhome. You just need to maneuver properly to empty the tanks correctly! As for toilet cassettes, there are always disgusting people who do not empty them where they should!!! Respect this place like all the others; there are so few of them, and because of all these filthy people it will be removed. Thank you to the town.Translating
Little space. We filled the water tanks. We spent a quiet night.Translating
Unfortunately, our Swedish camper neighbors were pelted with two full garbage bags while being shouted at loudly and incomprehensibly. The doors of the other French motorhomes were shaken. We called the police; they came, but could not find anyone and said they would stay nearby. We felt very unsafe and stayed only because the children were asleep.
The services remain accessible for vehicles over 7 meters. You simply need to position yourself across the area and use an extension hose for drainage.
Everything is free, impossible for vehicles over 6 meters. No hatch for the toilets; it is the same hole. Thank you for providing access.
The parking spaces are beside a very lightly traveled road. They are level and have phone coverage. Filling works, and emptying requires a little maneuvering, but motorhomes over 6 meters or wider cannot use it.
Indeed, emptying the waste tanks is not convenient and it smells terrible because of how the black-water drain is set up. But it is a free place to fill and empty water, which is difficult to find in this area, so despite the fact that it could be improved and maintained… many thanks to Benissa Town Hall!!
We only dropped grey water here, but it wasn't the best experience. The grey water and toilet drop are the same hole with a dirty tap next to it Not clean and the smell was horrible..
The space is a little small for carrying out the services and is neglected.
Services were too tight for us to fill up or drop grey water. Was able to empty black waste. The parking is quite narrow for our motor home but the trees gave a little shelter. Didn’t stay apart from emptying waste. Thank you Benissa for this place. Easy walk to several supermarkets including Overseas Iceland.
There is water and shade! Lovely village! Beautiful walks in the mountains.
It is a motorhome area with services; the only thing is that the town hall could improve the water service area. The space is very small, and you cannot enter properly either to empty or to carry out another service.
It is an area with services, very difficult for emptying water, and the space is very small.
There is no WC tap, so clean water must be used to clean the potty, which is disgusting. We did everything with the hose. The cover for the chamber where the potty and gray water are emptied is also missing, so be careful not to get stuck in that large hole. I don't think the town hall knows about it; that is why it is in this condition.
Thank you to the municipality for these free services. Access is not very easy for emptying. Overnight stays are possible.
Very grateful this free public dump/fresh is provided as they are very hard to come across on the whole coast of Spain, so no complaints from us at all!! Everything works, dump/waste water in ground, 1 water tap.
