Been here?
A countryside campsite with a fishing pond, dog-walking fields, a football pitch and a bar with live music and comedy. The bar is open Thursday, Friday and Saturday, while the snack bar operates at weekends. Recent stays cost £28 per night, but the toilets and showers were poorly maintained, cold and lacking privacy; grey-water disposal is difficult and the gate is usually closed.

Stayed here for a week; not once were the toilets cleaned. The only time they went in was to change the toilet paper. The toilets and showers were very cold, with no privacy. The staff gave us awful looks every day and made us feel unwelcome. Would not recommend it: £28 a night for the bare minimum.
The setting could be pleasant, but the sanitary facilities and services are really outdated and poorly maintained. The water was not hot, and access to the grey-water disposal was difficult. The gate is constantly closed, so you have to call the owner. £20—not expensive for England, but you quickly understand why.
Been here a week and it’s lovely and relaxed.Great fishing pond. Bar/ club open Thurs/fri/sat, live music and comedy nights. Not far from Market Bosworth for Battle of Bosworth tours. Definitely stay again. Family owners very friendly.
