A shady picnic area before Falces, with plenty of tables and easy access near the river. The area is currently neglected, with high grass, and the car park may not always be shaded. Road noise and passing cars, tractors or trucks are audible, with excellent mobile reception. Overnight stays are not allowed; local police asked visitors to leave the following morning.

Neglected area, tall grass, although it helped in the heat! WARNING: we slept there one night, and the following morning the local police came by and asked us to leave because sleeping there is not allowed! There is no prohibition sign, so we thought it was permitted. Anyway, it is better to use the official motorhome area.
We were really grateful for a shady picnic spot (the car park, however, isn't necessarily in the shade itself, depending on the time of day). Of course you can hear the road and sometimes cars, tractors or trucks drive by. During a rest break, this didn't bother us. Excellent mobile phone reception, by the way
