Noticed the sign on the way to Keem. I was going to stay off-grid, but it was very windy. I arrived and was greeted by the lovely owner, Marie. I enjoyed a few pints before a peaceful night. The next morning I had mechanical problems: the starter motor had failed and was on its way out. Thankfully, Marie's son Stephen is a mechanic and was able to fix it. I was truly blessed. Very quiet and spacious site. We were warmly welcomed and shown how to use the service and waste-disposal facilities. The toilet and washbasin are available around the clock; showers cost extra. The sanitary facilities are somewhat old, but definitely clean. Good tips about the surrounding area are included.✦Translating

We loved this place. The water supply was intermittent because the low-pressure tanks could not cope with demand. Stuff happens! The facilities, particularly the kitchen area, and the owners' wit and charm more than made up for it. A short walk into town. I recommend walking over to Cashel; it was beautiful. Great starting point for extensive bike rides on the Greenway or sections of the Wild Atlantic Way. Large, flat site with a kitchen and laundry facilities. Toilets and showers are basic. Very friendly operator. It was very sparsely occupied. €15 for the pitch and €5 for electricity. Motorhome with two people.

Wonderful place. A charming lady welcomes you with a smile. €15 per night, including grey- and black-water emptying; fresh water €5; electricity €5. Lots of cycling and walking routes. We will normally return in two years.

The site can accommodate 25 vehicles with an enormous amount of space. All services are available as indicated in the other reviews. The rate is €20 per night with electricity, which is very reasonable given the prohibitive prices we have already seen. A very good starting point for cycling routes.

We arrived at lunchtime, parked, and then took our bikes along the Greenway as far as Mulranny. Very beautiful. We enjoyed a full Irish breakfast brought to us in our motorhome—a novelty, but a very good breakfast despite that.

Good place to stay: we paid €15 for one night without electricity and €20 for a night with electricity, with showers and laundry extra. We stopped to recharge our bikes. We cycled the 44 km to Westport. We strongly recommend doing it, although you can also stop at Newport because the scenery toward Westport is less interesting.

Nice, sociable couple—Mary is a born host! Clean sanitary facilities, well-equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, waste disposal, and fresh water. All this for an inexpensive price by Irish standards: €15 per night. What more could you want?

We only used it to refill fresh water and empty the grey- and black-water tanks. The owner was very kind and explained where everything was. The €10 price also included rubbish recycling.

A friendly greeting from the owner, who explained where everything was and what was worth visiting. Good location, with a pub and restaurant nearby. It was very dark, so if you go to the pub and return in the dark, take a torch or use your phone. All good; would recommend.

Very nice campsite for children. It feels like an expanded SVR campsite. Lots of animals and play opportunities for children. Clean sanitary facilities and friendly staff. Children can enjoy themselves here all day. Note that without children this is not a suitable campsite. You must be able to tolerate children crying and shouting all day.

Very warm welcome and a very good night's sleep. We were parked facing the animals and play areas, which was great for the children. The only drawback was the flow rate of the fresh-water hose: it took 20 minutes to fill the tank. €43 for one night for two adults, three children, and one dog during the Dutch school holidays.
