Large daytime parking area at the Port of Panderruedas, with picnic tables, containers, marked walking routes and wide mountain views. The Piedrashitas viewpoint is 450m away. Parking is relatively flat and lies beside the road. Overnight parking is currently prohibited.

As mentioned great spot BUT had the fateful knock at 9.30 and kindly asked to move on as it’s not aloud to stay over night. The female ranger was very nice and apologetic, but the rule is no overnight parking. We moved down to the village where there is some waste ground just before the village on your left you can park.
The views are absolutely wonderful. Relatively spacious parking area. Level spaces. It is next to the road. I suppose that, since it is already inside the protected natural area, overnight stays are not allowed, but there are really no prohibition signs. The viewpoint is 450 metres away. One section is very steep. It is definitely worth going there.

In the low season, hardly any cars pass, so it is very quiet, fairly flat, and has good internet coverage. Above all, the place is absolutely magnificent, with sublime sunrises and sunsets.
Beautiful drive to this spot especially at this time of the year (late October) with all the stunning autumn colours. Magnificent views and lots of great running/hiking trails. Barely any road traffic after sunset.
A lovely remote place in nature. Flat parking. Nice walks. Picnic tables and bins.
Very scenic spot, calm nights. But be careful - there is an aggressive fox strolling around the picnic area from dawn on. He does not keep distance to people and unfortunately tried to bite us. Therefore be finished with dinner before dawn if you use the facilities outside. And leave no trash.
Place beside the road, with practically no traffic at night, and picnic tables. If there is no fog, it has good views and opportunities for hiking. Recommended. The area is very beautiful and peaceful.
Normally a very beautiful view, but unfortunately we could only see it for 10 minutes before mist appeared and completely covered the parking area. Despite that, we had a very good, quiet night.
