Picnic parking, early catering van

This free picnic and parking area off the main road has space for around 8-12 campers and is partly protected by trees. Some areas are level, with picnic benches and a footpath through nearby fields. It is beside houses but can be quiet at night. A catering van serves breakfast early and uses a generator.

In front of people’s homes... It works in a pinch, but it is not great.
good spot and quiet at night. level in places and picnic benches are a great place to enjoy some food. recently a mobile catering van has arrived so that was breakfast sorted. they have a generator so as long as you are up early it wouldn't wake you.
We drove on. Lots of street noise, with cars stopping there and so on.
Was a bit reluctant to stay here as there are a few houses on this road. Had a good sleep - the road quietens down a lot at night. There’s a footpath through some farmers fields so this was good for our dog. Fairly level. Good 4G signal on EE.
