Beautiful, spacious site for not too many campers. Unfortunately, there is currently only one shower for everyone; otherwise it has everything you need, including electricity, water supply, and waste disposal. Riding the free ferry was a small adventure.

We had such a great stay here! First come, first serve, but even in july there were enough spots for everyone. Nice little beach to go for a swim and you can use the ferry next to the campsite for free.

A beautiful site with many options for choosing your pitch, either with a lake view or by the forest. Very friendly operator, electricity at the pitch, and simple but well-kept sanitary facilities. Easy payment. We would gladly come back.

The site is surrounded by many trees, with partial views of Lake Bolmen. Power cables should be a good length! There is free choice of pitch; the operator, who also runs a guesthouse, comes around in the evening to collect payment. The sanitary facilities were simple but clean.

A truly beautiful place in nature, on the lakeshore beneath trees, with a swimming area and sunsets. No fixed pitches, no shop, no restaurant, and no wellness area—but there is a wood-fired barrel sauna for SEK 500 for two hours. The owner comes around at 7 p.m. to collect payment. Uncomplicated camping. But this is not a five-star, full-service, senior-friendly mega campsite. We find it enchanting.

After reading the many good reviews, we were quite disappointed. There is only one shower for all the pitches, and it only produced scalding-hot water, so our children could not shower. There is only one washing-up station, where you have to queue after meals. It is uncovered and has only cold water. There are five toilets for men and women, also with only cold water. At night the site is unlit and absolutely dark. The playground is old and partly broken. There is no reception; someone only comes around in the evening to collect payment. The pitch itself is beautiful in the forest with direct access to the lake. Therefore, only two stars.

One of the most beautiful and uncomplicated pitches on our trip through Sweden. Wonderful places with direct access to the lake, a mini-golf course, and evening payment when the operator comes around. The only drawback is that there is only cold water for washing dishes. But that really does not detract from the site. We will definitely come back! ☺️

Great site, if the sanitary facilities were sufficient and you could wash dishes with warm water. A small kitchen would really enhance this beautiful place. But the location is wonderful!

Brilliant location, right by the water, quiet, and uncomplicated: just drive in and choose a spot. The operator comes by in the evening for payment, cash or card accepted. The ferry docks right next door, and there is a beautiful bike ride on the island. Idyllic nature and peace. We liked it. Five toilets, one dishwashing sink, benches for eating, and trees providing shade.

Such a great campsite! The toilets and shower are clean. Yes, there is only one shower, but this is not a traditional campsite; it is more of a parking area with very good facilities. The beach at the site is fantastic for swimming. Free choice of pitch on a large meadow, quiet, partly shaded, and partly with lake views. Leveling chocks are useful. Midsummer was celebrated right next door. We had a wonderful time!

One shower it is not enough for all those campers and campervans. And place for washing dishes without roof and with only one sink with cold water… But beach is nice, wonderful views.

A nice campsite, great views, and peaceful. Unfortunately, there is only one washing-up sink and one shower, which one could overlook, but we stayed for two nights and the toilets were unfortunately cleaned only on the floor, with toilet paper sometimes not replenished. If sanitary facilities are offered, hygiene must be maintained. If that is improved, five stars gladly.

Okay, fine spot, but too expensive. SEK 360 for one night is too much for this.

Nice campsite by a beautiful little beach. One shower for all the pitches, but in three days I never had to wait. The best spots are by the water, and you can usually move there the next day when people leave.

Unfortunately, it was overcrowded. The sanitary facilities were therefore partly dirty. The shower was freezing cold, whenever you could get to it at all. The outdoor sink was the same. Nice beach.

One of the most beautiful places in Sweden that we have visited. We were even allowed to use the sauna. Great swimming opportunity.

A beautiful idyllic spot directly by the lake with many trees. Payment is made by credit card to the owner, who walks around. The price is fair. There is a small beach. From there, you can take a small ferry directly across the lake. With a motorhome and for free. This is the Swedish feeling.

Dreamily beautiful spot. Camping differently, because you can park wherever and wherever there is space. In the evening, the owner comes around 7 p.m. and collects payment. A breathtaking view and fantastic peace in the middle of nature. Everyone should bring provisions, as there are no shopping facilities nearby. Basically, a beautiful, peaceful place with free choice of spaces; only the toilet situation (six unisex toilets) did not seem pleasant to us.

A very beautiful, natural spot directly by the water. Absolutely quiet. That earns it three stars. The sanitary facilities are very minimalist. There is hot water only in the shower. The site is uneven, so leveling ramps are useful, and you should bring a long power cable.

Absolutely idyllic place! You have to be aware that there is practically nothing on this island or anywhere nearby—stock up well on supplies beforehand! The sanitary facilities and one shower were completely sufficient during our stay.
