Nice, quiet, family-friendly campsite. Small restaurant with exceptionally good cuisine. Close to the beach and public transport. Nice, Cannes and Monaco are easy to visit.✦Translating

Very nice campsite. Even in high season, it’s easy to spontaneously get a place for one night with a car and rooftop tent. Everything is very clean and the operators are friendly. The site was much, much larger before the flooding. It also offers an excellent place for families, with an activity area and a large pool. The city center can be reached easily on foot in 10 minutes.✦Translating

They only accept cash!! Staff was friendly, they had a nice and big pool, lots of fun areas and even a fair next to it. There was a bit of noise because of it but it’s not bad. Definitely would go back again

Odd campsite. The place was flooded in 2015 and as such not all of the campsite is open. There is no shade at the pool, the showers are boiling hot and no option to turn it down (which in this heat we actually wanted cool showers !!) and you have to take your own toilet paper. note: you can’t pay with card, you pay cash or bank transfer (but can’t transfer on a sunday !)

Excellent location for exploring the Riviera by rail, right next to Biot railway station. From here, it’s easy to take the train to Cannes, Nice or Monaco. There’s not much immediately nearby, but a shop is within walking distance. Basic shower and toilet facilities (remember to bring your own toilet paper). The pool is a plus when vacationing with children. Very good service; Claire at reception deserves five stars.✦Translating

A little expensive for what the campsite offers (nice in itself, but the sanitary facilities are somewhat outdated). You can hear the amusement park next door until late at night… but the campsite restaurant offers delicious daily specials.✦Translating

Friendly welcome and many foreign guests. Pitches are not very large, so beware if you have a large motorhome. No water point near the pitches. There is one price for caravans and another for motorhomes… excessively expensive for motorhomes (€90 for two nights with electricity… for a two-star campsite, that’s excessive). An excellent campsite. Pitches are a little small, but there are 4-5 suitable for a 7.5m motorhome. Immaculate facilities and superb reception staff. The best thing about the campsite is its location. Only 200m from Biot train station so you can visit the Riviera from Cannes to Monaco at ease, whilst returning each day to the campsite.

We called five days before arriving and they assured us that no reservation was necessary. We arrived and couldn’t stay because it was full.✦Translating

We went on the last day before the campsite closed. It cost us €46 per day. Spacious pitch. Very basic bathrooms, with no toilet paper. The shower had very low pressure and the water was cold; everything was open. I don’t know whether it was because it was the end of the season, but the bar was closed or we didn’t manage to find it. We only stayed one night because we were passing through.✦Translating

One star for the friendly welcome and one star for the very good location near the train station to Nice, Monaco, Cannes, Antibes and more. We found the sanitary facilities unacceptable—the shower was like a stalactite cave, making it impossible for me to wash my hair.✦Translating

We really enjoyed our stay there, the rustic vibes and calm atmosphere made our stay really special. The owner is extremely nice and helpful. Effectively, the bathrooms are not the newest (still very clean) but thats what gives the homely feeling! The location is great, only a 2 minute walk to the train station for Nice, Monaco, Cannes and any other destinations nearby. well be back!

Only getting 1 star because it was the only campsite with availability around town but otherwise terrible. Showers dribble out a few drops (worst shower I’ve ever had), no soap or toilet paper. WAY TOO expensive for what you get.

Honestly, not great. Old campsite, sanitary facilities in an untouched seventies style. The surroundings are suburban and dominated by roads. The nearby pebble beach is beside the road and railway. Friendly lady at reception. But too expensive: €40 with electricity for two people in a van.✦Translating

Fantastic campsite, very friendly reception, and we appreciated that the man spoke Spanish. We arrived early without a reservation and had no problem. The train station is a six-minute walk away for trips to Cannes, Monaco, Nice and Antibes. The beach is also a ten-minute walk away. It has a good pool and, in our opinion, although it is next to the amusement park, the noise is not bothersome; it finishes at midnight.✦Translating

Great place to stay with a camper! Very friendly people; we arrived late without a reservation and it was no problem at all. The campsite has a pool and you can walk straight to the sea! The campsite restaurant serves delicious food and has live music! Antibes is 15 minutes away by bike.✦Translating

A good campsite with very friendly and helpful staff. You can explore many places from here because the railway is directly opposite. Unfortunately, it is somewhat noisy at night because of the amusement park, but if you stay farther back it’s fine. Antibes is highly recommended, 10/10.✦Translating

An ageing campsite. The sea is about 200 m away, but you have to cross roads, parking areas and the railway station. Most of the toilets were dirty and the showers were a disaster. The water was very hot and the temperature could not be adjusted. The water pressure was so low that washing your hair was impossible. The amusement park is really quite loud at night.✦Translating

Wonderful service. The only one who let us sleep there, as we arrived very late. Monaco is 30 minutes away by Uber, costing around €50.✦Translating

We used the campsite to explore the Côte d’Azur. For that purpose, the site is perfect. Only three minutes from the train station, and you can travel along the entire coast by train. The amusement park did not bother us much in the evening. It is completely quiet early in the morning. Large pool. Sanitary facilities clean but outdated. Water pressure far too low and the temperature cannot be adjusted.✦Translating

Campsite is officially 2 stars. I rate it the full 5 stars for its 2 stars!! Family of 5. Originally planned to stay 2 nights in our motorhome to visit Cannes but stayed for 6! Lovely campsite, nice staff. 250m from the train station giving access to all the towns along the French rivera. Nice, Monaco, Antibes. Close to water park and theme park for entertainment. Would highly recommend.

Quiet campsite with plenty of shade. The showers have very low pressure and very little water, with no way to regulate the hot water, so in the middle of a heat wave you get scalded. One drawback is that, being next to an amusement park, you hear a huge amount of screaming.✦Translating

Bad. We arrived and they did not serve us because check-in is at 1 p.m. They gave us no option to park and wait. Then another motorhome arrived and we all had to leave. Incomprehensible.✦Translating

Beautiful campsite! Very friendly and helpful staff! Lots of shade, good Wi-Fi at the pitch. Sanitary facilities are quite old but clean! No toilet seat, but toilet paper and soap are provided. Very affordable site. Convenient for the supermarket, beach and surrounding towns. There is also a restaurant, pool and paintball. Unfortunately, we had a mosquito problem. Otherwise, we were very happy.

Perfect site! Eight minutes to the train station for Nice or Cannes. Ten minutes to the beach. Nice pitches, very friendly German-speaking operators, large pool—everything you need! We stayed three nights at €43.50 per night and felt very comfortable.

Great little campsite. Ideally located near the beach and railway station. Motorhome service facilities available. Showers and toilets available, clean and well maintained. Suitable for vehicles up to 7 m long; the roads and bends are relatively narrow. Very quiet location and very friendly staff.

Very nice, green and peaceful campsite. Close to the beach and the train, which takes you to Cannes, Nice and Monaco. Clean bathrooms, warm water, lots of facilities for children. The owner is very nice. I recommend.

We arrived yesterday evening shortly before closing. We were given a very spacious pitch; clean bathrooms, hot water, dishwashing area, and convenient water and waste facilities. A silent night, not far from the town of Antibes. Recommended.

Cramped campsite with difficult access to the marked pitches. Expensive: €37 per night at the end of September. Its only advantage is being near the beach, although you have to cross the railway and road.

We stayed here for one night; we would not spend several days here. Sanitary facilities are outdated. No supermarket nearby. The only positive was the nearby train connection. We paid €43 for two people with electricity, which is definitely not justified. Another negative is that only cash was accepted, and it was about a 15-minute walk to an ATM.
