98 Rue de Mersch, 7620, Larochette
Been here?
Large parking lot next to Larochette sports hall. Generally quiet but occasionally disrupted by street racing, especially weekend evenings. Town center with shops reachable in about 15 minutes on foot; return walk is uphill. Overnight stays vary considerably in experience.

Within walking distance of the centre, but not level. Not recommended for overnighting, but good for doing the walks.
We were woken in the middle of the night by reckless driving in this car park: cars racing, music at full volume, drunk drivers. We had to pack everything up hurriedly and leave in the middle of the night for fear of an accident.
Quiet place close to the centre, about 15 minutes on foot one way and 30 minutes back, uphill.
Quiet car park for spending one night in a campervan. Only late in the evening, some local people talked rather loudly, but eventually they left. The car park lighting has advantages and disadvantages. I did not find it very cosy, but it is convenient for saving battery power. :)
Very quiet place, slightly sloping. One small drawback for us: the place is brightly lit all night. Otherwise, it is recommended.
Absolute catastrophe, especially at weekends! Throughout the evening and especially at night, deranged youngsters kept revving their engines and testing their drifting skills on the wet grass. From the morning onward, people repeatedly stood next to each other in their cars for hours chatting, leaving their engines running the whole time because otherwise it would be cold in the car. This continued until around 7 a.m. The engine fans ran constantly, making sleep nearly impossible!
