Fjord parking, occasional ferry noise

Very beautiful, new, and well-maintained motorhome site with 6 to 7 pitches, each paved with a grassy area beside it. Great view of the fjord and the ferry traffic. The site is very quiet. Toilet very clean and new. You receive the access code when paying in the shop. Overnight stay without electricity: 250 NOK. Electricity extra: 50 NOK.✦Translating

I cannot understand the negative reviews. We discovered the site by chance while waiting for the ferry and spontaneously decided to stay. Paved site with a very well-maintained lawn. Toilet use is for motorhome users only—access code required. Accessible toilet, regularly cleaned. Ferries run hourly from about 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Small restaurant. Very friendly welcome.✦Translating

The site looks well maintained, but when the restaurant is open you have to use the toilet there, which may not suit everyone. The toilet at the rear is only open when the restaurant is closed.✦Translating

Nice place for the night before or after the ferry, with a restaurant and shop. The air-conditioning units should still be soundproofed; that is the only drawback. But it is not comparable to a refrigerated truck. New and clean toilet, also with a small lounge. Wi-Fi is available near the building.✦Translating

Clean, well kept, lovely views, hard standing. We were unfortunate to arrive Saturday evening when they close early so didn’t get the code for the facilities which nevertheless stayed open until 10pm. Very pleasant and convenient for Lund Hofles ferry.
