This parking area beside the Palacio de Marivent wall includes an upper section and a smaller lower section. I slept here last night. Quiet place.
Good spot to visit cala major beach 10mins walk & the bus to palma centre stops right outside, the car park up the steep hill is quieter for sleeping than the lower car park, slightly sloping but still a good spot. The entrance is on the opposite side to the petrol station
We spent the night in the first accessible parking area at the top before taking the ferry. Slightly sloping; you can hear traffic on the road below, but it is reasonable.
The entrance is difficult to find at first. Directly off the main road, take the road uphill on the left. Many motorhomes, vans and others sleep here at night. Many late arrivals due to ferry schedules and early departures for the ferry. Parking area with road noise below and the comings and goings of campers and vans.
The large upper parking area, the best one, is inaccessible. The remaining first parking area is sloping and noisy. Not great for sleeping.
The upper and largest parking area is closed off with concrete blocks. The lower one is much smaller and you can hear the traffic. We did not stay here. It looks good otherwise. A few motorhomes were parked.
I had to drive the route several times before finding the intended side road. It is not on the BP side but opposite, just before the bus stop; there is a paved road going uphill. It leads to this spacious and clean parking area.
Not so easy to find, just before the gas station, but spacious and quiet. We parked the van in the upper lot, which is quieter. Very close to the Miró Foundation.
The place is not pretty but it is quiet. To reach the parking area, you have to drive up the very steep street. The gate on the entrance side is confusing and makes it look closed.
Not found at night; either closed or we missed it.
We spent a very quiet night, without noise, and everything was great. Keep in mind that it is only an open area, with no bins or toilets. To get there, drive up a hill; on the left you will find the upper open area, and if you continue downhill there is another one.
We spent the night in the upper area, with several pine trees providing shade. The place is fine and quiet; we slept with the van doors open without any problems. Several motorhomes and vans were there.
Uneven open area where many cars park during the day. There is a gas station next to it and a busy road passes by. The good thing is that there are trees and it is close to the ferries.
Good place to spend the night after arriving or before departing. It is four minutes from Balearia. There are no services, but there is a large wooded area that provides some privacy. You can hear vehicles passing, but it is possible to sleep well. We spent the night before taking the ferry and honestly rested well.
Parking without amenities but large. You can hear the road a little in the early evening, but it is quiet at night. Eight minutes from the ferries.
A good place if you arrive by ferry in the early hours and want to rest for a while, or to sleep the night before taking it. There are different levels; the very top one is the flattest. If you go near the trees, there is shade in the morning. Quiet and very large place.
Large parking area close to the ferry.
