Been here?
Paid, tree-lined motorhome area with level, paved pitches and a small paved terrace at each space. The fee is 15€ for 24 hours and includes electricity and drinking water; waste disposal is available at the adjoining campsite. The lake is about 2 minutes away on foot, with swimming and walking opportunities nearby. Traffic can be heard during the day, but nights are generally quiet, and the area can fill up.

We stayed here for two nights. Payment was easy at the machine or via the app. You can hear a little traffic from the nearby road, but it was not a problem for us. The site was quite full. Good starting point for hikes around the reservoir and into the Trieb Valley.
Great site, pitches are laid with grass pavers and are level. A small paved terrace in front. Payment at the machine by app, card or cash. Electricity and drinking water included; no disposal facilities, which are available at the neighboring campsite. The lake is a two-minute walk away.
We spent two wonderful days here. The €15 is absolutely worth it. The swimming area is a five-minute walk away. Very beautiful surroundings and everything really in tip-top condition. Great praise to the operators. Disposal is possible with a valid ticket directly at the adjacent campsite. At weekends the car park is busy with cars, and of course there is also the road. But from 10 p.m. it is really quiet. We would gladly return anytime!
Surrounded by tall trees, you are here somewhere with little besides the water. It is a parking area and nothing more. Fine for one night, if you can find a spot. Positive: electricity is included in the price.
The site is divided into pitches; everyone just needs to stick to them. Quite noisy during the day because some drivers have to test their horsepower on the nearby road... Surprisingly quiet at night. The walk to the water takes five minutes. Activities: swimming, boating, cycling, climbing forest, relaxing.
Quiet motorhome site, even though the road is fairly busy. Popular, so there is a risk that no spaces will be available. The parking bays are relatively level and paved, with a small paved “terrace” for each pitch. Very good for one or two nights.
Quiet motorhome site. Drinking water and electricity available. Completely sufficient for one night.
Quiet place. Electricity and water is included in parking cost 15.- eur 24h. Can be payd by application as well. No gray water and chemical toilet drainage. Application does not include some EU countries to add car licence plate numbers.
We stayed here for one night; the site is very quiet. Water and electricity are included in the price. The lake is about a 5–10 minute walk away.
Busy in high season. After 5 p.m. it becomes difficult to find a spot. A beach, also suitable for dogs, is within reach. Easy payment at the machine by card, coins or app.
Beautiful site surrounded by trees, therefore shady and very close to the lake. €15 for 24 hours including electricity. A large rubbish bin and toilet disposal are available. Quiet at night. Parking on grass pavers, with a small paved area for a table and chairs at each pitch. The pitches are relatively level; I did not need leveling ramps. I will return and explore the promising area.
We were there a week ago and liked it very much. The individual pitches have grass paving, which was great. Quiet and shady thanks to the trees. The campsite toilets can be used. A very beautiful area, and we would gladly return.
Nice, clean site; the main road is barely audible because of several rows of trees. The neighboring campsite cannot be used, so there are no showers or toilets; toilets are only available at the friendly restaurant. Bread rolls can also be ordered there. The lake is excellent for swimming. We would come back here anytime.
Great site, very large pitches, new modern sanitary building. Everything is very well maintained. Restaurant is average. The site suits people who like water. Otherwise, there is little going on. The bike tour around the lake was a disaster: poorly signposted, with paths sometimes impossible to recognize.
We were there at the end of March. Good value for money, with electricity included. We liked the grass-paved pitches. However, to reach the toilets you had to walk almost across the entire neighboring campsite; they are quite a distance away.
Not bad, but anyone wanting to use the campsite toilets should be reasonably fit and able to walk.
Great site. The reservoir is nearby and accessible by bicycle or on foot. Attention: the site will be closed from October 4 to 15, 2023, due to roadworks. It is still open for now, and because the construction sections farther uphill are closed, there is hardly any through traffic. Construction noise on weekdays earlier in the day. Chemical toilet disposal is available at the neighboring campsite, as is gray-water disposal by container.
Great site. Beautiful swimming areas nearby, also for dogs. Otherwise €15 including electricity. You can’t complain.
Unfortunately, when we arrived at this stopover area, a motorhome had its awning open and, without using it, had also occupied the last available pitch with a table and chairs while dining peacefully. They completely ignored us, so we could not park and had to leave.
The pitches are marked with paving stones and are relatively level. Beautifully located near the lake and good for excursions. However, it was quite noisy at night. The adjacent road is loud, and several times teenagers came to the neighboring parking area and made a lot of noise (Monday night into Tuesday).
