9 Via Francesco Rismondo, 35131, Padova
Been here?
This is a free camper parking area with space for up to 3 cars, though some places are often occupied by local vehicles. It is a small mixed parking area near a military police station, with a busy road causing some morning noise. The centre of Padua is more than 30 minutes away on foot, and the area is suitable for a quiet overnight stay.

It is a shame that, of the four available spaces, three are used as parking by local people.
Quiet, but next to a fairly busy road in the morning. A small circular parking area at the back of a parking lot used by neighbors at night.
One of the few free parking places in Padua, next to a military police station. It seems safe, but it is in an industrial area. There are only three spaces, and it is a little over half an hour from the center.
Small parking area, not very convenient for large motorhomes but manageable. If you arrive in the evening, you are more likely to find a space. We spent a quiet night; there was slight disruption in the morning from street cleaners emptying bins and car traffic. Fine for one night.
first of all not safe. someone checked to see if the passenger door is unlocked when he was just walking by at midnight. in 30 minutes two men with bicycles stop and checked the side door as well and then they left. there are also 2 old campers parked since forever and there was a small car in between. the space is tight to park and round. we left the next morning with headaches
There were four of us at the pitch. We and another camper left the next day; one of the other two is definitely occupied. It was a very quiet night.
Easy parking to visit the city. Nice place for three campers. One was there, probably permanently. I think that if all three spaces are full, you can easily park beside them in the regular parking area. It is quite a long walk, though. If you only want to see the city, I would park in the paid parking area on the other side. It is worth the few euros.
Truly shameful for a municipality like Padua. Two old motorhomes have been abandoned there permanently, and the remaining space is occupied by cars. The police told me that motorhomes can park there, but the space is not reserved. Besides, especially near the fairgrounds, they need to fleece users with parking fees as well.
There are three motorhomes in the parking spaces, so there is no room. They have been there for a long time and apparently do not move. Therefore there are no free spaces during the day. In the evening, however, there is enough room beside the camper spaces.
