A flat parking place that is busy during the day but generally calmer at night, making it useful for an overnight stop. Parking costs 100 CZK (~4,10€) for a camper for 24h. Road noise continues through the night, with traffic starting early, while the nearby petrol station and hiking routes are convenient.

We were too heavy for the campsite at 5 tons, so this parking place suited us well. Better to arrive in the late afternoon; the parking lot is really busy during the day. If you stay overnight, be aware that heavy traffic starts very early, around 5 a.m.
Flat parking area, well located for accessing the site. Very pleasant walk to the “castle”, unless you have mobility difficulties, due to the elevation, many steps and narrow passages at the castle. Do not miss the pizzeria; it is a great place at a very good price.
Ideal for one night with modest expectations. Very busy even in the low season; quiet at night, with traffic starting in the early morning. Good starting point for hikes. Delicious pizza nearby, which you can eat in the motorhome.
Level parking area; we slept one night and slept very well. The surface is dusty, which can be unpleasant in strong wind.
Possible to park and spend a peaceful night. The price for 24 hours is 100 CZK, payable at the parking meter. A short distance to the centre and the river.
Paid parking (€2 for 24 hours) in the village itself, with shade, next to the river where you can swim. Several routes start from the parking area. Quiet at night, with a few other vans parked.
Constant comings and goings during the day, including dust and exhaust fumes. In the evening there is a mosquito inferno, and early in the morning either the truck collecting toilet waste or the rubbish truck arrives. There is also a lot of rubbish on the beach. I almost forgot the extremely rutted, dusty gravel track—certainly not suitable for larger vehicles.
