Quiet mountain stream, bumpy road

Beautiful, quiet mountain spot close to a small stream, which can become a lake depending on the season. Without rain, the ground is solid and dry, while the road is bumpy but solid and passable without 4x4; 1st gear is recommended. Locals sometimes make evening campfires and leave rubbish, and a steep turn from the picnic area is best avoided by continuing along the main road.
