Shaded parking, quiet nights

The address is incorrect; you need to go farther and take the dead-end road on the right toward La Saline gîte. The parking area is at the end of the road. Turn around before parking, otherwise leaving is difficult. The nearby road did not bother us. Beautiful view of the bay across the road and a cycle path right beside it.

Well-located, quiet pitch close to the cycle route. Shaded and perfect for children’s safety.

Very beautiful place! If you cross the bridge and the road, you reach a lovely nature reserve. It is directly beside the main road, but this did not bother us. Quite peaceful at night.

Nice for the night! We were alone. Cycle paths nearby.

Nice because it is secluded. Cycle path accessible. Follow the gîte sign and continue well ahead, especially with large vehicles. The road is a little noisy. Good for one night if you are not demanding.

I strongly advise against it! The place is not peaceful for sleeping. Hunters drive back and forth with cars, trucks and dogs. They pass at least four times a night and make a lot of noise.

Arrived in the dark and was unsure if this was the right place. In daylight could see we were opposite the nature reserve. Gorgeous sunrise and lovely on lead dog walk. A lot of work had been done to clear trees from the site which made it quite open which was great in March when we stopped there. Very convenient for cycle path that runs alongside the site. worth a stop to explore the area.
