Motorhome pitches are opposite Le Château’s 5-star campsite, across a small one-way road, with access to its pools, slides, restaurants, shops and entertainment. Recent reports describe overcrowding, limited space and few sanitary facilities; non-VIP motorhomes may be parked on a gravel area in full sun, with no nearby water point. The sanitary facilities are across the road and close at 23h. The beach is 2.5 km away via a forest path, and a recent price was 104€ for 2 nights.

Overcrowded site, few sanitary facilities, and little space between neighbors. Good if you make use of the excellent facilities and entertainers.
Five-star campsite with extensive facilities for children, new and clean sanitary facilities, a bar, grocery shop, snack bar, and restaurant on site. Heated pool with numerous slides, ideal for teenagers and children. Fifteen minutes by bicycle from Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie. However, expensive: €104 for two nights for two adults and one child.
Great motorhome stopover; during our stay, we had access to all the facilities of the five-star campsite! Really excellent value for money considering the entertainment and amenities offered (thrill slides, guinguette, etc.). I highly recommend it!
Non-VIP motorhomes are parked outside the campsite, on the other side of the road, in a gravel car park under full sun at 43°C! Not a single water point nearby. The toilets are on the opposite side and locked at 11 p.m. The water park, however, is great for children, with slides and pools, and pleasant staff. €173 for 2 adults and 2 children for 2 nights, departure before 11 a.m.
Excellent campsite! Very pleasant and perfect for children, with fun water games. Bus stop nearby to get to town: Saint-Jean-de-Monts, Saint-Hilaire-de-Riez, etc. Close to everything.
No toilets at the motorhome parking area. All the services of a five-star campsite (restaurant, pool, grocery store, laundry, etc.); toilets in good condition and very clean. €45 per night without electricity.
Pitch seriously dirty
Below average: €51 per night parked in the motorhome area, which also serves as the campsite parking lot. Cars were still there at 2 a.m. Terrible.
We slept here for one night. My children and teenagers had a great time! The water complex is wonderful for young and old, and the water is heated to 28°C. There is also a jacuzzi, inflatable castles, pétanque, table tennis, volleyball, basketball, football, and more. A joy for families. Our pitch, outside the official motorhome area, was very good. Dogs allowed.
Excellent campsite! Very well-equipped motorhome area! The campsite is very pleasant and perfect for children. Really great pools for young and old, and a very welcoming bar!
