Free service area for motorhome greywater and blackwater emptying, plus water refill. No overnight parking. As of April 2026, all services are functional. One tap serves multiple needs. Vehicle height is 2m at the back of the zone. Vehicles over 2.85m should approach via Avenue du Colonel Arnaud Beltrame to avoid clearance issues. Water point closes seasonally in winter.

Everything works. Perfect for emptying tanks, at least.
I use this service area when returning home. It is free, convenient, and clean when people respect the place. It is a shame that inconsiderate behavior forced the municipality to remove the water point, unfortunately preventing cassette rinsing.
The tap has been ground off; filling is no longer possible!

Very useful. However, there is only one tap for cleaning the cassette and taking on water. Not great hygienically. A second tap next to the black-water drain hatch would be welcome.

Many thanks for this functional and clean homemade service area! There is indeed no service area anywhere in the Tours metropolitan area. Amazing! Be sure to empty the black water in the right place—the round hatch behind, 2 m into the grass—to keep the site clean and hygienic.

Please stop users from using the water point to empty their toilets! It is disgusting for those who come after. The toilet drain is clearly indicated behind the service area by a sign and a metal hatch in the grass! Thanks to the municipality for this service area.

Only allows emptying the toilet cassette into a drain, marked by a round cover in the grass, and emptying grey water; there is no water supply.
Useless… no grey-water drain and no water for filling up. In short, do not make the detour!!!

Double square metal hatch for grey water and a small circular hatch at the foot of the motorhome sign for black water, but only one tap for fresh-water filling and cassette rinsing. Functional in early April. Thank you to the municipality.
No water; unable to empty black and grey water.
The water is back and the flow is excellent. Admittedly, there is still one leaking tap; it needs to be tightened very firmly! No rubbish bin. Just the bare minimum, but still useful.
