A free, quiet overnight parking area directly beside the Saale, with a view of the river and nearby castle. It is intended for self-contained vehicles and has no services. The town center, bakery, restaurants, and market are within walking distance, with the market about 10 minutes away. When full, vehicles must leave in reverse because there is no turning area.

Close to town and quiet, right by the river. Only for self-sufficient vehicles. Please take your rubbish with you.

If all the spaces are occupied, you can only get out by reversing. There is no room to turn around.
Free, right on the Saale, quiet, no services, two restaurants directly on the Saale, a short walk to the town center; okay for one night. Bring your fishing gear ;-)
Wonderful view of the Saale, town center nearby, baker within walking distance, restaurant nearby. Quiet at night. The nearest service point is Feengrotten. All in all, ideal for one night.
The place is heavily used by cars until 10 p.m. and is unsettled.
