Unnamed Road, 81000, Podgorica
Been here?
Free university parking suitable for large vehicles, with free open WiFi in the university area. Parking is allowed on asphalt, but vehicles on the gravel or land area may receive fines. The area is brightly illuminated, busy during the day and often too trafficked for sleeping in the evening. Restaurants and an Einkaufscenter are within walking distance.

Useful for daytime parking, but beware of fines if you park on the gravel. Far too much traffic in the evening to sleep.
I stayed here for a few days while visiting the city of Podgorica. Parking is allowed on asphalt. Do not park in the land area, the police will write a fine. There are restaurants nearby, walking distance to the city center and a safe parking lot. Bright at night, there is no service except free internet. The best of Podgorica.
There are small shops and restaurants within walking distance. A shopping center is ten minutes away on foot. No old town! A student said that the gravel area is designated as green space in the city's development plan. The police are reportedly supposed to issue tickets of up to 100 euros in the morning for illegal parking. So parking is only allowed on the asphalt areas. This makes the actual parking availability limited.
Parking with nothing else. Lots of cars coming and going at night, and people talking loudly in the parking lot. Not easy to sleep.
Good city parking. A little noisy. I think it gets very hot in summer because it is exposed to the sun.
Excellent and free for visiting the city.
