This large, open cinder-covered parking lot was previously free, unrestricted, and about a 20-minute walk from the city centre. It is now a construction site, so it is not currently suitable for parking or overnight stays.

It is now a construction site (07/26).
We had a very quiet night although a car that had been parked there for a week had 2 broken windows but nothing was taken.
