The view is magnificent. The parking area is fairly sloping. You are most level at the edge of the road, but still at an angle. Some commuter traffic passes in the morning. The streetlamp illuminates the entire parking area at night, so you are standing in full light. Otherwise, it is very quiet. We heard an owl.
