A daytime parking place on an unpaved communal path among olive fields, at the foot of the Alpilles. It offers beautiful views and is within walking distance of Les Baux. Overnight stays are forbidden because the area is in a regional natural park, and gendarmes have asked visitors to leave.

The gendarmes just politely moved us on, since this is a nature park and we are not allowed to be here.

Very quiet road; we slept very well. There were four vans along the road without bothering each other, plus two more a little farther away. The view is beautiful.
Nice little spot beside a gravel road. Accessible by motorhome without any problem, with a beautiful view over the olive trees!
Good, quiet spot! Several hikers and cars passed through at the end of the day, but it was wonderfully quiet all night. Not suitable for motorhomes!

We did not sleep here, but this spot is not on the D27; it is on Chemin Saint-Esprit, a municipal road that is unpaved but drivable. I recommend it for one night.
