Paved riverside aire, unreliable barrier

The site is well located and clean. The water directly at the site is very good. Electricity and water included is excellent. Unfortunately, there are negatives too. The park where the electric buses are charged is adjacent to the site, creating constant noise. There were also times when no motorhome could enter or leave because the barriers would not open.

The site is well located, directly on the Moselle, with pitches large enough and only a few metres from the unattractive town. Only two stars because the automatic system does not work at all. Entry and exit were only possible by phone. During our 20-hour stay, this happened to about ten other campers. It is unacceptable, and the problem is known, as shown by other comments.

Actually quite nice, but we were unlucky when leaving. We took a ticket on entry, then tried to pay at the machine with a Visa card the next day. The machine was faulty, payment did not work, and the barrier remained closed. Nobody answered the phone! We were trapped! After half an hour, the barrier in front of us opened. Why, apparently nobody knows.

This is an ideal place for motorhomes. The major problem is the barrier: without a card in the machine, it remains stuck and impossible to open, and this happens constantly. In addition, when the exit barrier is raised and locked, it is impossible to pay in order to leave.

Well-located parking area in the town. Everything is accessible on foot or by bicycle. Beautiful place between the vineyards and the Moselle, with magnificent cycle paths. We visited Schengen by bike. Well-defined, spacious spaces and a waste area. Reasonable price: €18 per 24 hours.

This site is directly next to a football field and offers electricity as well as water and waste services. It is ideal for one night in town.

A well-maintained area, very close to the town centre, with only the road to cross to reach the promenade along the Moselle. It is true that the road is busy and the football stadium is adjacent, but the noise did not bother us for one night. There is also a skatepark right next door.

My first trip with a motorhome, and my first stop thanks to this app. Very nice place, not too noisy despite the road, with friendly and respectful neighbours who observed the quiet hours. The only drawback: no toilets.

The road is a little noisy but acceptable. There is an electrical hookup, water, waste disposal, and a waste area. A good parking area.

Nothing to complain about. The electricity is 16A, so there is no risk of the power tripping. Fantastic walk along the Moselle. There is a dog park behind the football field. Some traffic noise from the road can be heard. Highly recommended.

Well-located site with everything you need. Entry and exit are through a barrier: drive well forward so the camera recognises the number plate, then pay by card without problems. We had a quiet night, with everything included.

Great location, well organised with a barrier. Within walking distance of a nice outdoor swimming pool for €7, and pleasant restaurants along the Moselle. We had a quiet night.

For a one-night stop, nothing to complain about. The swimming pool toilets 100 metres away are convenient. The place is quiet and clean, with a beautiful view if you park on the right-hand side.

Really well laid out, well organised, efficient entry and exit system , immaculately kept, everything included, great location for town. However their own rules state their user criteria but when this is abused nothing is done so unfortunately you are at the mercy of the lowest common denominator. There are 2 campsites on the opposite bank of the river !!!

We made our first stop and overnight stay here on our summer tour. Everything worked perfectly. The Moselle and Remich are within walking distance for an evening stroll. All the services you need are available. Definitely recommended.

Perfect site, clean and very well maintained. Public transport in Luxembourg is free. The capital is one hour away by bus, and the museum in Schengen is also worth visiting.

We could not get in. The access machine was blocked. We pressed the help button and nobody answered. The phone number is an international call. We decided to go four minutes further on. A shame, because the area looked good.

After leaving the motorway to spend the night here, we found that the barrier did not work and nobody answered the phone. Thirty minutes of waiting for nothing. What a shame for such a good area to have such poor service.

A beautiful motorhome site, large pitches, electricity, water and waste services—all available. The town centre is nearby and there is an outdoor pool next door. We thought it was fantastic. Currently free. We would happily return.

The two of us stood in front of the barrier and could not get in. We tried the phone number, but unfortunately the person on the other end only spoke French. There are two cameras directly in front of the entrance, and the kind man who spoke only French could not understand why we could not enter. Sorry, zero stars for service.

This is a site for large motorhomes that do not need showers or toilets. Every pitch has electricity and a water connection. If you want to fill your water tank, bring a hose. Because the tap is short and the pressure is high, it is difficult to fill a container. There is heavy lorry traffic in the morning—not suitable for late risers.

Clean motorhome site with electricity, water and waste facilities, €18 per 24 hours, payable at the machine on departure. The public, clean toilets at the adjacent outdoor pool were open 24 hours. Great for dogs too, as there is an excellent fenced dog run/meadow nearby.

Very nice area, pitches separated by hedges, electricity and water at every pitch, waste disposal, paved vehicle pitches and grass next to them for sitting outside. A little expensive if you do not stay for 24 hours.

Nice and quite place at 7 minutes walking from the town centre. We spent only one night but would definitely go back if in the area again. ps: The um scheff restaurant close by offers delicious traditional food and fantastic local wines.

Excellent motorhome site, spacious and level, with a short walk to town. It shows how many spaces are available. Payment is straightforward, as is waste disposal.

We had to wait 30 minutes to enter because the road was blocked by the carnival! The deafening music lasted until midnight on March 30. When there are no events, it is an excellent place to sleep. Refuel with diesel and continue to Trier.

Beautiful place with all services—water, electricity and waste disposal. The night is quiet, but from 6:30 a.m. traffic is heavy and there is a lot of noise. A shame, but still a beautiful place.
