Fichteallee, 16547, Birkenwerder
Been here?
This is a large, quiet forest parking area surrounded by woodland, used by day visitors, hikers, and cyclists. It has no services apart from small bins, and mobile reception is very weak. Nights are often peaceful, but recent visits also reported loud parties and unwanted attention. Approach via Fichteallee, as the southern and eastern routes include a long, rough cobbled stretch.

My girlfriend and I stopped at the parking area while passing through to spend one night there. Unfortunately, it was used as a meeting place for a few troublemakers to party. They drank, were loud, and partly circled our bus to taunt us. We felt unsafe and drove on at 11:30 p.m.Translating
Huge parking area. Two cars were parked; otherwise it was completely empty. The night was peaceful and incident-free.Translating
Several motorhomes are here, unfortunately with tables and chairs outside. If this continues, no-parking signs will probably appear soon! So please keep a low profile and show no camping behaviour! What happened to moving on when there are already too many people at the site? Residents walking their dogs look grumpy.Translating
Beautiful parking area on the 66 Lakes hiking trail. We had a peaceful night. In the morning, the parking area was used by a motorcycle riding school for practice.Translating
So peaceful. No services except a small bin. Internet signal almost non existent. Make sure you approach from the road south west - not south east otherwise you’ll end up on a long stretch of cobbled, bumpy road.
Many hikers during the day, but the night was completely quiet. Nice level parking area. Also perfect for several nights. As already mentioned, Maps takes you over a 5 km roller-coaster road, so we also recommend approaching via Fichteallee.Translating
Quiet, large concrete parking area. We had a pleasant night here; otherwise, the place offers nothing else. But it is an ideal starting point for hiking through the beautiful Briesetal. The approach from the east/Summt is adventurous: 5 km of cobblestones and bumps. Better to drive via Birkenwerder.Translating
Parking area amid beautiful, unspoiled nature! No service facilities; please take your rubbish with you. Ideal for hiking and cycling. Mobile reception is rather poor. Hikers and dog walkers during the day, quiet in the evening.Translating
An amazing park up for 1 or many more nights. Large tarmac parking surrounded by dense woodland. No services …. And the 4G is almost non existent unless you stand on one leg with your arm in the air in the middle of the car park ( well, that’s my experience, anyway ). Seriously a place to relax … either before or after the madness of Berlin city.
Large parking area for hikers! Apart from some nocturnal wildlife, it is very quiet once the dog owners have left. You meet nice fellow campers here!Translating
