Very nice staff. If you want to do laundry, just ask. They will take care of washing it for you. We ate very well at the restaurant. But beware: the starter is already filling. We simply came back later and then ate the main course ;-). And there is a wonderful mountain backdrop as a bonus!✦Translating

Best camper pitch we had in Albania. Located between two streams with a great restaurant. The food was incredibly delicious. Adhurim speaks English and German very well and also kindly helped us book the ferry to Koman. A short hike toward Valbonë starts here, along a beautiful forest path. We felt very comfortable here.✦Translating

Wonderful pitch! The restaurant cooks fantastically. The owner and his team are extremely friendly and helpful. After one of our companions was bitten by a snake while hiking, the owner immediately drove her to the doctor, and in the evening he picked up her husband from the hospital 25 km away. Quite a nice place by the water. Friendly service staff and a pleasant restaurant atmosphere. We stayed for two nights, with only a few other guests staying one night. The walk to the small lake takes half an hour and is worthwhile. The lake is rather empty and unremarkable in summer, but the path is idyllic. Sanitary facilities are okay.✦Translating

So far the best and also the cheapest (!) campsite in Albania! We found a great spot under a tree next to a stream, shaded almost all day. Lots of toilets, constantly cleaned by someone. Only one shower for the whole campsite, but we never had to wait long. It was also cleaned continuously. Quiet and peaceful, right next to the restaurant. The food was nothing special. Great children's playground. €10 per night for two adults and a car; child free.✦Translating

Cheap: only €5 to spend the night for one person. Electricity costs extra. The washing machine was occupied. They took care of running it once the previous load had finished. The restaurant is good!✦Translating

We stayed there for two nights at the end of September and felt very comfortable. Wonderful pitch by the stream; a small sanitary area is a few steps away—older, but clean. We ate well at the restaurant and had a substantial breakfast. Great value for money. Further up the valley, we did not find it as attractive, with large construction sites everywhere.✦Translating

Beautiful pitches at the hostel. Sanitary facilities with enough toilets and a larger shower with hot water. You can tell you are in the mountains. Water is free, and some toilet flushes run continuously. Very nice staff. They also explain the hiking trails if asked. Dinner was partly disappointing. Chicken fillet with fries is always a safe choice. We stayed here for two nights.✦Translating

We spent one night wild camping in the Valbona Valley, where it is absolutely no problem to find a cool spot. We spent the second night here because we wanted to go out for a meal. Do not be put off by the term “campsite” ;) It is more of a restaurant that offers pitches for a small fee. Great food!✦Translating

Anyone expecting a real campsite may be a little disappointed, but for a quiet pitch at a restaurant that is very good in every respect—service, quantity and quality of food, and price—in our opinion, €13 per night for two people including electricity is excellent. Fresh water comes from the spring at the back, Wi-Fi works perfectly, and the sanitary facilities are okay. You have to dispose of waste elsewhere.✦Translating
