Great site. Very well maintained. Decent sized pitches with choice of shade or full sunshine with very pleasant views. Good facilities and well stocked shop with daily fresh bread available. Also reasonably priced. We loved having a couple of chilled out days!

Everything is very quiet and well maintained here, directly next to the horse-racing track. Friendly owners and everything you need is available. Wi-Fi is only available near the common rooms, but we managed fine without it. Apart from a few annoying pigeons, everything was spotless.

Peace and quiet. Clean and well-maintained campsite, friendly staff. Much cheaper than others we've been to, and just as comfortable. I paid only £29 for a four-person campervan without electricity. (2026)

A very well-maintained campsite, with level grassy pitches, no dividing hedges and some shade. The facilities are good, with hot showers without coins, and bread can be purchased. It’s quite a long way from the campsite to the village. Very good for a service stop.

Great campground to spend a few days to relax or travel through. Close to Stonehenge and Salisbury. Relatively small but meticulously maintained and with great attention to detail. This camp sets the standard what the campground should be. Well stocked little store with camping supplies and reasonable prices. Order your fresh bread for the morning too. Best campground we found in England.

We stayed at the campsite for 14 full days. It was simply wonderful: the peace, the distant views and the well-equipped common room with kitchen, where there was always hot water for tea or coffee. Nice view and very quiet. The campsite itself is well maintained, but the showers and toilets are very old and were not very clean during our stay. Additionally, there was a bad smell in all the buildings.

Quite a good campsite! Very clean facilities and tidy pitches. Some have hedges, some shade and some sun. Very well organized and reasonably priced. The washer and dryer are quite good, £4 each. It dries really well—ask for instructions. Shared kitchen and indoor communal area with plenty of tables and washing-up space. Coffee and hot-chocolate machine. Grey-water drive-over. Good WC/ELSAN facilities. Recommended for everyone.

A truly beautiful campsite with all amenities. There is also a kitchen and dining area. Toilets and showers are very clean. The green spaces are very well maintained. Near a small racecourse, with races on May 13. Warm welcome. Nothing to report.

Hello. We loved it—wonderful site. We paid €53.30 for two nights for a motorhome and two people with an ACSI card. You can cycle to visit Salisbury, which you absolutely must see. Many thanks to the reception staff. Recommended. We returned, and it is a very good, highly professional campsite. Thank you very much.

Beautiful, quiet site with a great view over the fields. The sanitary facilities are old but clean considering their condition. £28 with electricity for a camper and two people. At night you need a flashlight on the site because there are few lights.

It’s perfect. After eight days in the United Kingdom, this campsite is like an oasis in the desert. It has showers, toilets, grey- and black-water disposal, fresh-water filling and a washing machine. The dryer costs £4, and the site is spectacularly well maintained. On top of that, the price is unbelievable: £27 for two adults and one girl without electricity. Perfect.

Great campsite with friendly operators. We paid £24 for our Pössl campervan with two adults, without electricity, which costs extra. Showers and fresh water are included, and chemical toilets and grey water can be disposed of. There are even washing machines for £4 and ironing boards ;-) We’ll gladly come again!

Very clean and tidy campsite, with comfortable and practical spaces. Very kind owners and a well-stocked mini-market. Fifteen minutes to the center, almost entirely on a cycle path, with some inclines. £30 for one night without electricity.
