Mountain parking, peaceful off-season

Quiet night, flat parking with a superb view. Breakfast on the bench while admiring the panorama. From Bardonecchia, the road climbs quite a lot.

Very quiet, beautiful view, nobody around in the off-season.

Good place to spend one or two nights and go on nice hikes. We were visited by the police; I asked whether I could spend the night and they said no problem. The place is clean (the previous comment is surprising).

Very dirty, which is a shame because the view is nice.

Small, easily accessible, quiet parking area with a beautiful view over the valley and the town below. Peaceful night with no traffic.

The place was calm and quiet, good for one night. There are some hiking trails nearby. Nice view!

It’s best to park at the back left of the hikers’ parking area. The small area on the right beside the road, with a bench, is used by local youths as an evening meeting place. So there can sometimes be party noise.

Superb view of the mountains and Bardonecchia. A pleasant stop for a picnic.

One night at this spot! Superb view of the mountain and the town below. A few hikers, but otherwise fairly quiet!

Incredible! Beautiful views of Bardonecchia and the mountains. Flat place to park. Hikers about during the day but very quiet at night. We had a peaceful sleep and then a wonderful hike in the morning
