This is a small parking area at the Galens leisure base beside a lake, with swimming and a peaceful setting once daytime visitors leave. In summer, arriving in the afternoon can make parking impossible, while after 20h the area is usually much quieter. Two good spaces are available near the water, with shade, a picnic table, greenery and rubbish bins. Paddleboard and pedal-boat rental and inflatable water structures are available at the base.

Nice little quiet spot.Translating
In the middle of summer, arriving in the afternoon is not recommended. It is impossible or very difficult to park. However, after 8 p.m. there are far fewer people. Very peaceful night and the parking area was almost empty in the morning. The water-sports center is really good, with paddleboard and pedal-boat rentals, inflatable structures on the water, supervised swimming, and water quality rated “good” according to the test results!Translating
On a summer weekend, this is the meeting place for the whole region. Motorhomes stop here, and the access lane is packed. Vehicles come and go until late. The spot is overcrowded, here or elsewhere. Parking in front of the dam is fine: quiet, flat, with the sound of the water.Translating
This place is a little gem: two beautiful pitches, more if you have leveling blocks, right by the lake and shaded by trees. A picnic table, bins, greenery, and peace and quiet. The swimmers from the beach opposite leave at the end of the day, leaving a quiet night under the stars.Translating
