Am Schützenplatz, 58540, Meinerzhagen
Been here?
A paid motorhome area opposite the ski jump, with four pitches measuring 9x5 meters. The spaces are large, clearly laid out, and easy to reach. Recent stays report no disturbance at night, although older comments mention traffic and occasional loud groups. The nightly price is 5€.

Great, no nighttime disturbance.Translating
Hello fellow campers, the site will not be available on the first weekend of August 2026 because the popular Schützenfest is being held in Meinerzhagen.Translating
I spent one night here. Large pitches, easy to reach, very spacious. No disturbance. Slept very well. Thank you to the town.Translating
As already written in the previous comments: traffic noise from the road, and young people who stand on the site until half past two at night, even in freezing temperatures, loudly preventing you from sleeping. Uncaring site; even the €5 is too much. What a shame.Translating
LOUD and uncaring! Directly on a busy road, including at night. In the evenings, young people meet here to show off their cars—also very loudly and until late at night. Basically nothing is within easy walking distance. It just looks like a large parking lot; the only nice thing is the view. €5/day plus electricity (coin-operated). I would stay here only in an emergency.Translating
Beware—never again! We were here on January 2, 2026 and wanted to spend the night. Unfortunately, a group of young drivers prevented this by practicing driving and drifting maneuvers on the site after fresh snowfall. The “gang” kept getting larger and the distance between their drifting and our motorhome kept getting smaller. We fled and drove away.Translating
This site offers a great view from the mountain overlooking a rather unattractive town in the valley. In my opinion, the fee is not appropriate, especially since you also have to pay for the service station. The town should take an example from the free sites in the neighboring town.Translating
We were only here to empty the toilet. Very well designed and free. Thank you to the town for that! Otherwise, there are five spaces on a large paved area beside the main road. I think €5 per night is excellent. I cannot say what the night is like regarding noisy youngsters or traffic.Translating
We were only here to dump gray water. Nicely arranged and easy to access. Thank you to the town of Meinerzhagen.Translating
The service station is functional, but overnight stays are not possible. If you are looking for loud music with heavy bass, engine noise, burnouts, groups of teenagers behind the vehicles, and cars arranged in a star formation for parties, this is the place for you. The feeling of safety is compromised. A well-designed but noisy motorhome site.Translating
A well-intentioned site that lacks nothing except peace and quiet! Beautiful view, excellent waste disposal and water services. It became quiet after 1:30 a.m.; why so late has already been described. Once, never again. A shame after the effort made by the municipality.Translating
This parking lot seems to be the only attraction for young men in Meinerzhagen! The service station is good, but staying overnight is impossible. Anyone who enjoys loud bass-heavy music, revving engines, burnouts, half-grown men urinating wildly behind motorhomes, and cars arranged in a star formation right next to them for partying will be in exactly the right place here.Translating
Teenagers spend the whole night right next to the motorhome in their honking, running macho cars, deliberately provoking people staying here. The site is huge, but they park directly beside us, shouting and honking, with engines running all night; occasionally they drive around the site with squealing tires. Truly unbearable.Translating
In the middle of the night, people performed daredevil stunts with cars. You can also see the black tire marks on the road. Teenagers were very loud in front of our motorhome until after 1 a.m. You do not feel safe.Translating
