Unnamed Road, 5750, Odda
Been here?
A flat, cosy but somewhat cramped place on a very quiet road, with a view of a rock wall. Recent signs state that camping is prohibited, so it is not suitable for staying. The approach is tight, although passing places are available. Reports also mention mud, rubbish and darkness.

Signs saying camping is forbidden everywhere. Not worth driving there!Translating
It is really not welcoming. I think locals dumps things there and the commune will not do anything about this as a free place is bad for the business of trolltunga and trolltunga very expensive camping. Everywhere around trolltunga is either a pile of trash or has fake "no parking" signs. We went 30 min from there after searching for 1h30 in the region. Translating
Arrived at the end of August and found this place around 20 in the evening. A good place to stay before the Trolltunga hike. A bit dark, muddy and some trash were lying on the side. Overall ok and quiet. Translating
Large site with 10 spaces; you need to arrive early because it is very popular. Next to the road, with very little traffic.Translating
If you do not have a toilet and relieve yourself in the forest, take the toilet paper with you and dig a hole for your waste! The Norwegian tourism website says the same: “Take a small shovel or a stick to dig a hole and cover the toilet paper/tissue and… well, the whole emergency… when you are finished.”Translating
Very, very popular place and quickly overcrowded.Translating
Practical parking area just around the corner from Odda and close to the glacier hikes. It is a super quiet road, but the site was full. You should not start looking for a parking spot too late.Translating
Large reasonably flat area next to a quiet road, some old farm stuff here (including a lot of firewood). Sign on entry says don’t leave rubbish, nothing about not camping here. Seems a good place to stop, handy for Odda and Buerbreen glacier. Translating
