This spacious, flat Europark has a grass surface, no services and easy access for large campers, including 8.5m vehicles. The 2026 tariff is 3€/h or 20€/24h, with payment through an app or machine. Payment has sometimes been difficult. The beach and Pärnu centre are within walking distance, and the area is generally clean and calm.

Good motorhome area. Mine is 7.60 m and fits well. In summer, it costs €20 per day; there is no hourly payment option. We could not pay because the app did not work and the parking meter would not accept my phone number. I also do not understand why they want the phone number. Since I could not pay, I left.
Slept well. However, I was unable to pay the €20 shown on the sign in the app. Only €10 was charged, even though I had registered the vehicle as a camper. For the first few hours, the app charges €3 per hour, then stops at €10.

We parked here conveniently for sightseeing in the city. €1.50 for 30 minutes, €10 per 24 hours for a camper.
Large, level, well-located, and clean parking. Excessive price for a simple parking area (€20–25) that offers no services! Furthermore, I had great difficulty paying for the parking. The machine asks for your phone number and forces you to choose your country's dialing code from a list of flags. But France was omitted!
