A residential street parking area beside the beach, with many spaces and generally unrestricted parking. It is peaceful and close to the sea, with a bus reaching Edinburgh city centre in less than 30 minutes. The beach path can be busy and loud, and the road may slope near its edge.

really nice spot right by the beach! nice little residential road with alot of spaces, if you park closet to the beach can be a little loud due to alot of people using the path & wind from the beach. loved it for the dog & one road of the main highstreet
I spent the night here. Peaceful and super close to the sea. No signs forbidding anything. There's a bus to get to the city center of Edinburgh in less than 30 minutes.
These streets are a good spot for a city stay as parking is unrestricted on most streets with many parking for swim/Promenade walk. Be aware there is Soul Water Sauna on Brunstane Road North which sets up from 6am and shuts around 10pm on the weekends so not the best street if you want peace and quiet in the morning or evening. But great if you’d like to have a sauna then stay or vice versa!
The road is a cul-de-sac so no vehicle passes. Locals use it to park for their beach walk. If you are a stealth camper, this is a great site as there is a mini-park on one side, so no overlooking home. I took one star down as the road slopes at its edge so the camper was not flat rather slightly tilted.
