This small campsite provides motorhome and tent pitches in a natural setting, with clean but fairly small toilets and showers. Facilities include laundry, fresh water and fresh- and waste-water services, although the facilities are simple. Electricity is compulsory. The site is near a road, and noise has ranged from quiet overnight to noticeable.

Nice site. Sanitary facilities are clean but rather small. Hmm.
Wonderful campsite! Lots of nature, and the toilets and showers were clean. The operators were very friendly and uncomplicated.
A lovely small campsite. Everything is fairly basic, but it has a great outdoor feel.
Good campsite, clean toilets and showers. Fresh and waste water facilities available. Electricity is compulsory and charged. A dog barked all night on Saturday night into Sunday morning, hence three stars.
£35, or €41.30, at the end of August 2024. Very expensive for what is provided. Electricity and water are included, and the pitches are large, but it is noisy beside the road and there is nothing nearby. Showers are included in the price, but the water is extremely hot, almost unbearable.
Quiet, very clean facilities. £30 for a pitch without electricity. Lovely area.
Nice small campsite with great access to the woodlands. All the facilities you would need and clean, if basic. Limited shops, etc close by so better come prepared. Dark sky area so will be good if a clear night. Would return to.
Beautiful site, and we were welcomed warmly. Motorhomes and caravans stand on gravel pitches. There is also a large tent field. Sanitary facilities are clean, and everything you need is available. Disposal point and fresh water for motorhomes are provided.
Great campsite on way to Glentrool walks. Close to road but do noise overnight as not a busy road. Toilets, showers, outside sinks for washing dishes/clothes. Laundry available - pay for. Bothy with kettle, microwave and fridge/freezer. Paths all the way to Glentrool visitors centre so don’t need to walk on/ next to road
A magnificent place to stop. The staff are very welcoming and explain everything well. We took a pitch with electricity (£28) for one night. It is very quiet, and the sanitary facilities are exceptionally clean, both toilets and showers. I recommend it if you are passing through the area.
Nice campsite with clean sanitary facilities. £28 for one night including electricity.
Very warm welcome. £10 for fresh drinking water and disposal of gray and black water. Clean, functional facilities.
We stayed here on our first night in our van. The site is well priced and it was easy to get set up. We checked in late (around 8pm) which they were very accommodating toward. The stars were incredible. The toilets were well kept and I felt very safe. Beware of midges though, we left our window open a crack for some fresh air and upon waking found a swarm of midges sharing our van.
Stopped last night, but there are no toilet/shower facilities as they have had issues with burst pipes so despite this being their first year to open all year they are now not open properly until March. they were happy for us to stay as long as we had our own facilities on board. waste water disposal and filling up water was OK later in day-no water in morning due to water frozen in hose pipes!
