Been here?
Large free parking area beside the Panorama shopping centre, about 2 km from Piazza Garibaldi and Parma’s historic centre. It is easy to reach, suitable for large campers, and quiet at night, but morning vehicle activity can begin around 6:30 am and the overflowing recycling area makes the surroundings untidy. Bus line 5 serves the centre, which is about 40 minutes away on foot.

Convenient to reach, spacious, lit, and quiet at night; however, the recycling collection area is overflowing with waste, giving the whole place a less appealing appearance.
We stayed there during the day to visit Parma. We had no problems; the parking area seems safe.
Simple, large parking area with nothing. We parked right at the back and were not disturbed by noise or people.
Spacious and with a supermarket opposite, but very noisy. There was considerable traffic of vehicles from very early in the morning. I would not return. To reach the center, it is better to have bicycles.
We left our van from 6 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. to visit Parma by bus. No problems. We spent a quiet night, but from 6:30 a.m. there was an “onslaught” of leaf-blower engines… it calmed down afterward. Then the heat took over. So no sleeping late here, but it is a safe place, and that is already something.
The parking area looks frightening at first; it is dirty and somewhat gloomy. We left our 7 m motorhome there during the day without any problems. The center is a 40-minute walk away. We preferred not to spend the night there.
Free parking with easy access. Near bus line 5 to the center, or 40 minutes on foot. About 20 spaces, depending on the vehicles. Near a supermarket.
Lots of spaces, so convenient for a 7 m motorhome. We slept without too much noise. Supermarket right next door, convenient for shopping. City center 40 minutes on foot.
Large parking area with a quieter section farther back from the road. The center is easy to reach by bicycle. Good for a stop. Free parking.
Good, secure place with a lot of traffic at all hours and therefore noisy even at night. We had no problems during the two days we stayed.
Very good spot for visiting Parma in one day. Next to a shopping center, with a camera at the entrance and quite a lot of traffic, so it feels fairly secure. Forty minutes on foot and 15 minutes by bus (line 5) from the historic center.
The site is also suitable for larger vehicles. You can take the bus into the city from there.
Parking area near the center by bus line 5. Free overnight, but the place is quiet from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. Supermarket opposite the parking area.
Large public parking area. After the camper area was full, we drove there. We stayed in the rear section, which was quiet and safe.
Perfect for visiting Parma. Next to the shopping center, so perfect for shopping.
Excellent parking area, spacious and with no maneuvering difficulties. Used by other buses, so there is constant movement, but it is quiet at night. Bus stop number 5 in front takes you to the historic center in 18 minutes. Tickets can be purchased via the app or at the nearby tobacco shop.
Free parking between the Panorama shopping center and the sports hall. No water or electricity. We arrived Friday morning because the motorhome area was full. Thirty minutes on foot to the historic center, otherwise bus 5. Urban ticket costs €1.60, or you can buy it on the bus at an additional charge. We only took the bus back. Recommended.
Simple parking area.
We parked here to visit the city; excellent large parking area without services. We did not spend the night, but I don't think there would be any problems. It takes about 40 minutes on foot to reach the center.
Spacious parking area, quiet for spending one night.
