Nice spot, but very restless with a lot of traffic noise. Unfortunately, there was a disco nearby until 4:30 a.m. on Friday night. Recommended outside the weekends!
We spontaneously came to the campsite after a hike and were so delighted that we stayed for three nights. The surroundings are fantastic for hiking, and at €22 per night including all services, there is nothing to complain about.
We originally came to this campsite in our camper due to mechanical issues. The owner of the place & the staff were so lovely! They helped us jack the van up to investigate the issue, called local garages to get us in as soon as possible. Great people. €22 a night, great facilities, great food options in a beautiful area. Would recommend to anyone!
Quiet pitch. You feel a bit like you are on display because you are parked in front of the hotel, but ultimately it did not bother us at all. We paid €44 at the hotel for two nights, including shower, toilet, and electricity (which we did not use). At night you have to watch out for the toad so you do not step on it.
Nice place with great potential, friendly and helpful reception staff, a small children’s playground with a trampoline, and a perfect starting point for hiking or cycling. Wellness facilities are available in the hotel. You can borrow equipment for grilling. You can pay extra for the hotel breakfast or use the hotel restaurant and bar. There are fire pits and gazebos for sitting around the site.
Quiet place at a small hotel. Slightly sloping, but with electricity and a clean sanitary container. Registration is through the hotel. Beautiful hiking trails in the area.
Very nice camping pitches in front of the hotel. Affordable prices, spotless showers and toilets. Small play area and accessible bar.
Nice, quiet campsite! We stayed here for two nights, and on the first night we were the only ones there, so we had private sanitary facilities. A good base for a walk or bike ride; the ski lift up the mountain is an eight-minute drive away.
Upon arrival we were directed to the motorhome area. The site slopes steeply and is not suitable for campers over 3,000 kg. Our rear wheels sank into the mud and we got stuck. We were pulled out with the help of a winch-equipped jeep. To our surprise, we had to pay an extra €60 for the damage to the grass and the jeep’s assistance.
Partly uneven ground, only one shower and one toilet per gender. Affordable overnight accommodation. The campsite consists only of a grassy area in front of a hotel. The toilet was very clean and the staff very nice!
There is forest around the site, but still hardly any shade. You park directly next to the hotel, with little of a view. The toilet and shower are always clean and good. Overall, too expensive for what it offers. Good starting point for hiking in the Low Tatras.
We very much enjoyed our night there: large and quiet grassy space in the hotel vicinity, comfortable and clean facilities. We also had a very good dinner at the hotel terrasse.
Very nice and quiet place. clean facilities. Helpful staff. Children and pet friendly.
Dreamy... €22 for a van and two people, breakfast €10, ideal for hiking in the surrounding area!
2 May 2024. €22 for a motorhome and two people, including electricity and hot shower.
Great motorhome pitch! The toilets and showers were very clean. You could easily ask the reception if you had questions. There is only one electricity connection, but we did not need it. There is also a disposal point for chemical toilets. In addition, there was good Wi-Fi in the parking area, so streaming series was no problem.
Fantastic place and owners. The owner greeted us on site, and our campervan had everything it needed: a space with electricity, a very clean outdoor bathroom and shower house, a clean dishwashing area with soap and sponges, and a hotel with a great restaurant and bar. A golf course is nearby, as well as another hotel and restaurant complex with playgrounds and a swimming area.
High price for the services offered to campers. There is no place to empty the toilet properly (you empty it into the toilet), nor for grey water or fresh-water filling. The showers and toilets are very good, and if you have children, the facilities are excellent.
