Campsite that does not accept reservations. Pitches are undefined and some areas are sloping, but they provide wooden blocks for leveling. Clean bathrooms and sinks, washing machine and dryer for CHF 5 each. A little expensive, but everything in the area is.

Very welcoming staff, leveling blocks available on site. We paid €140 for two nights with electricity for two people and all services. Very easy access to the center.

Unhelpful staff and high prices

Beautiful site; we got a pitch spontaneously and late. Very friendly staff. Excellent sanitary facilities. Everything else was good too. Amazing view of the Eiger wall.

Quiet site, friendly staff, wonderful view of the mountain scenery. A short walk to the cable car. The amazing glacier gorge is also easily reachable on foot; even in summer, a jacket is recommended for the cool gorge. Leveling blocks are recommended and are partly available on site.

Pros: friendly welcome, superb view of the Eiger. Incredible sanitary facilities: modern, spacious, clean, plentiful, with hot water included in the price. Close to the terminal. Cons: sloping ground, but they lend wooden blocks; very little shade and, personally, pitches too close together. CHF 40 per night for one person without electricity with a van.

Finally, a campsite that feels like a real campsite, after the start of our Swiss road trip. The price remains quite high (CHF 52 for one night, one van and two people), but it includes hot water, which is rare here. The sanitary facilities are modern and always clean, the receptionist is very kind, and the view is worth it! It feels less like paying a lot just to sleep in a field.

Excellent campsite with great facilities and very attentive reception staff. Service area with easy access. The downside is that the internet only works at reception.

Very good campsite, the view is superb. We are surrounded by mountains and beautiful alpine meadows. We paid CHF 70 at the beginning of June, including electricity, a French-Swiss adapter, and one night for two adults. The showers are very good and the sanitary facilities are very clean.

Very beautiful view. Sanitary facilities clean and modern. A kiosk where you can order bread rolls for the next day. We would come back immediately.

Very idyllic location, surrounded by the Eiger north face and other mountains. Very quiet, operators very nice. Cable cars are within walking distance.

Very nice camping with new and clean facilities. Expensive but this is due to the super touristy area. Pitches are some on gras and some on gravel. Very quiet area at Night and very kind reception.

We stayed there for two nights at the end of September. We were taken to the sloping gravel pitch; the many wooden blocks made it easy to level. The sanitary facilities are very clean, but the showers are somewhat impractical; at least there is enough hot water. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Stunning surroundings with mountain views all around. 5/10 minute walk to the Terminal. Very friendly welcome. Clean and modern facilities. Wooden ramps are provided as the site isn’t level. We arrived without reservation and there was plenty of room. The grass area was getting a bit wet and muddy. €46.40 a night for a van and 2 adults incl tourist tax.

We spent two wonderful nights there! Magnificent view and suitable pitches; we were on gravel with wooden blocks provided. The campsite reception listens to guests and the services are very good!

In September 2023 we stayed at the site with two small dogs (miniature dachshunds). Now we were immediately turned away with the same dogs and not allowed onto the site. The dogs are well behaved and trained; they probably would only have noticed them when taking them for a walk. I cannot understand this blanket policy.

Beautiful site by the Eiger. Very good location for the town or mountain activities. The cable car runs directly over the site but is not disruptive. Very uneven, but leveling blocks are available. An adapter for Swiss plugs is needed for electricity and can be borrowed there. Price: CHF 58 per night for a motorhome and two people, including electricity.

Quite a few somewhat uneven areas, but they solve this perfectly by lending you their own leveling blocks so you do not dirty yours. They let us in first thing in the morning. Wi-Fi is poor and does not reach most of the parking area. Good views, but the most expensive of the four places we visited in Switzerland. At least you do not pay extra for hot water in the showers. One camper, two people, without electricity: CHF/€51.40–55.

Simple campsite but with all facilities, very clean. The ground is slightly sloping, but they provide equipment from the campsite itself for leveling. 5/5 because the campsite's location is spectacular!

We are a family of three traveling in a converted camper van. They told us we could not enter because the ground is unsuitable for vans and the campsite is only for tents. The strange thing is that we saw motorhomes and caravans inside.

Fantastic campsite, nothing is missing here. We stayed four nights and did all the activities on foot from there, from the bus to the Eiger Express and the cog railway. Very friendly staff and excellent sanitary facilities, always clean and tidy. Bread-roll service, and shopping at the terminal ten minutes away on foot. Nothing to complain about, simply beautiful.

There is no availability at the campsite; apparently it is closed many days, but it is full of campers.

For us, the perfect place for one night. Free parking. Enough space for normal cars; for motorhomes I would suggest the roadside strip. Public toilet available. Opposite is a beach bar with reasonably priced offerings.

The place is easy to reach and, since we are completely self-sufficient, we did not need to test the toilets; they were clean and fine, though. Yes, it is next to the road and therefore not completely quiet, but it is fine at night. It is perfectly level and reinforced with plastic grids, so it can also be used in the rain. The adjacent park attracts many dog owners but is pleasant to use.

The area on the waterside is now blocked off with concrete blocks, see photo. An EV charging station has been installed, apparently for the power plant's cars. There is now only room for one vehicle on the other side of the road.
