It serves its purpose: visiting the waterfall. Little space and a steep slope, but perfect for the visit.
Magnificent waterfall. Sleeping on site is prohibited for caravans, motorhomes, and vans. The town hall has created places for us at the free Nambride car park, a 40-minute walk from the cirque, as well as at P4, which costs €10 for 24 hours or €20 for the year. It is next to a great campsite, Camping du Pelly. Reserve in advance because it is very popular, with a beautiful view 10 minutes' walk from the cirque.
There are spaces along the road, and it is possible to park a motorhome when it is not too busy, but people do not stay long. The road is quite challenging to access ;)
Access was closed during this period, so we parked in the car park below. The waterfall can be reached on foot in 25 minutes via the road.
On a slope. The road to get there is in terrible condition; the potholes shake the entire motorhome. The place has its charm and is worth those four horrible kilometers.
